In another block within the interior walls, it was no less chaotic. No, even more so due to the number of people that ended up there as they fled.
ROARRR!
"Noo!" Mira screamed as she narrowly avoided zombie teeth. She was so scared that she almost—almost—forgot about the torturous itch she had been enduring for so long!
She crawled forward to move, and saw something to clutch on. Without thinking, she immediately used it as a bolster to stand up.
It was a person's hand she pulled and she managed to stand up even if it meant imbalancing the person.
"What are you doing?! Let go of me!" The woman said, and Mira ran away in front of her.
ROARRR!
Mira's body shook as she felt there was another zombie closing in. Her peripheral vision caught the woman she held before and her hand extended.
Using all her strength, she pushed it in front of the zombie, giving herself enough time.
"Kyaaa!!"
