New World

Finding themselves in a field in an unknown world they assumed that the artifact they were looking for was located at the school ahead of them. Unfortunately they had no idea how they were going to get into the school to act like students. Val decided it would be best to contact William to ask him. Pulling out the crystal and filling it with his origin energy Val and Isaac waited. As they waited Isaac decided to store the candle that led them through the void. Just in case they had to go back that way.

After a minute the connection was established and they heard William's voice coming out of the crystal. 

"Did you two make it through safely?" William asked, sounding worried.

"Yes we are safe." Val said. "Although we were wondering how we are going to get into the school since we have no presence on this world. We have no identification or paperwork for the school. "

"I am so glad you two made it safely. Try not to let what you saw in the void disturb you." William said, sounding like a worried parent. "It was just the void creatures trying to scare you or manipulate you. Anyways the paperwork and identification should be in your rings. The library prepared them for you expecting this issue. If you get sent on a mission the library will provide you an identity for the world. This one is that you two are brothers who are orphans. "

"Alright thank you William." Val said, looking for the paperwork in the ring. Finding it he said goodbye to William. Promising him that they would contact him if they needed something he quickly stored the crystal back in the ring before they both began walking towards the school. As they walked they focused on trying to gather energy while walking and aware of their surroundings. Since they had like a 3 hour walk to the school they thought it would be a good way to occupy their time. 

3 hours later they arrived near the school. They didn't make much progress splitting their mind to gather energy while walking and talking but any progress is good progress. Heading towards the main building they received a lot of strange looks as they walked. Everyone was in uniforms and moving around going about their day. The two of them looked quite strange compared to everyone else and it didn't help that they walked in the school instead of being driven. Ignoring the weird looks the best they could they headed towards the main building. 

Walking in they saw even more students moving from class to class all stopping to give the strange pair a look and whispering about them. Finally after they wandered around for a while with no idea where they were going, someone who they assumed was a teacher approached them to ask them who they were. The teacher was an older lady with gray brown hair. She wore a pair of glasses with a red blouse and a black pencil skirt. 

"Excuse me you two." She said, getting their attention. Her accent was similar to a British accent. "May I know who you are and why you are here?" Giving them a glare like they were there to taint the perfect atmosphere she crossed her arms and waited for their answer.

"Hello there ma'am." Val said with a smile. "We are new students who have just transferred here. We have just arrived and we weren't exactly sure where to go since we weren't given a map or anything. Oh right sorry my name is Valkyr and this is my brother Isaac. Isaac stood there looking really nervous and not saying anything at all. He was completely mute and wouldn't speak what so ever."

"Ah yes the school headmaster alerted us of your arrival and your situation." As she spoke she visibly relaxed. "Please follow me and I will take you to meet him." Right after she turned around and started walking them through the school. After around 20 minutes of walking they arrived outside of the headmasters room. She knocked and once she got the go ahead she opened the door.

"Ah Mrs. Smith, how can I help you?" The headmaster spoke. She explained the situation to him before he thanked her for finding the two of them and then he sent her out. 

"Please take a seat." he said. The headmaster seemed to be a young man in his 30s. He wore a simple black suit and had short black hair. As Val and Isaac observed the headmaster they detected a faint aura coming off of him. It reminded them of the Void path they walked through but massively diluted. They immediately felt uncomfortable and decided not to trust him no matter how nice he seemed.
