Chapter 2: Who are you?

I stared frozen in sec and then my face turned back to emotionless, I analysed him for minute the man looks like 50 to 60 years old wearing a suit his face is just like mine emotionless but more scary with cold eyes that could freeze you just like mine and it clicked he's the rumoured Magnus Long my so called Grandfather.

He was standing there with 2 other men just like him wearing professional suits like they're here for business. I wont be surprised if he's.

"Who are you?" my thoughts where cut by cold monotone voice. I locked eyes with him and stared back at his cold eyes and didn't answer and ignored him. So what if he's the rumoured cold man who's long family trying to please, he's nothing to me Blood related or not.

She looked around and found Zen by her feet who was analysing the old man looking for threat and smiled at his adorableness, she picked him up and brought him to her chest pecked his forehead and turned to leave, to go back to her home away from the nuisance.

"Father" before she could even turn around to leave there, she was cut off from the escape by familiar voice, Albert long beside him was my mother holding my sister hand who looked dolled up with pink dress and my second uncle's family and the butler of the family with few servant.

Bye bye quite life......

"Father, sorry for not welcoming you probably we got surprised by your visit" my father looked at my Grandfather with pleasant face not noticing me yet.

"Yeah father in law the dinner is about to be served and since my brother in law's family are here aswell why don't we all eat together, its once lifetime opportunity, we see you rarely" She asked in her sickly sweet voice.I quitely turned around knowing it wasn't too late yet.

How magnificent is it that I spoke to soon.....

"I Asked you a question" spoke the same voice with so much more Authoritive. everyone suddenly followed Grandfather's gaze and they froze.

Standing there was 2 to 3 years old girl wearing white dress, flat shoes with silver hair in high messy bun, chubby cheeks, thick long eyelashes purple cold dull eyes that could see through you. The girl even though she's  not wearing much was the must  beautiful little girl they saw they couldn't take their eyes off her.

"Who are you and are you lost little girl" Juliana was the first one to recover the little girl looking at them without answering that's when juliana recognised her paled and took step back.

Impossible I thought she was dead...how...how could this be. Why now?

Meanwhile Magnus was looking at the little girl who's despise her age looks way too mature, emotionless face and cold dull eyes just like him he Stared at her in disbelief. Even thought he never acknowledge those family members he knows who's his blood line and who's not but this girl has same eyes as him, same hair as his late wife Eliza..Unless...

His face turned dark, there was kid who he didn't know about, yes I don't acknowledge them but that didn't mean I didn't know about their existence, Specially this one. His face turned more darker at though he was sure he had the report of all them but last pregnancy of his first son's wife give birth to a dead baby according to report unless....

He turned slowly to them and albert looked at his father's displeased face with confusing expression while juliana paled more, the kids was hiding behind their parents not saying a single word afraid of their granpa while glancing at the mysterious girl secretly.

Lyla looked at her parent then her grandfather confused while not understanding anything walked infront her Grandfather "Hello Grandfather, how have you been?" With sweet little voice that would make people went to love her but magnus looked at her with cold expression and she took step back scared magnus looked at her and then turned to little girl walked up to her.

Crouching infront of her he locked eyes with her again while not packing down she stared back.

His lips hooked up little with small smile and asked in gentle tone he didn't even realise it himself  "What's your name" before she could even answer her stomach growled and she tightened her little arms around Zen.

"Hungry?" Asked again but she didn't answer again.

"Can I pick you up" he asked this time with more gentler voice while stretching his arms infront of her waiting patiently for her response, he never realised that people around him was watching in disbelief and shocked faces.

"..." Eh? What just happen? Can someone explain??

Wasn't he the rumoured cold Magnus Long the CEO of the Hemo Corporation, cold old man not batting eye for his family members not his grandchildren. Was right here asking a little girl If he can pick her up or not in gentle voice as well?

...did the world end? Becouse I'm definitely not sane.

Meanwhile the little silver haired girl looked at the old man and then the stretching arms. She blinked and blinked processing what the hell is going on? She locked eyes with him again and saw emotion like patient but couldn't comprehend the rest. she absentmindedly walked to his waiting arms slowly with caution with zen in her arms.

When she was in his arms he closed it around her and picked her up, looking down at her he make sure she was comfortable in his arms and then turned to the people who was looking at him dumbfounded and said low voice

"Watched Enough." he then turned to his secretary.

"Prepare food for her and bring it up upstairs I'll be in the study room, tell all the family members they're to expected in 5 minute no more or less" in cold deep Authoritive voice and then walked away with her.

Everyone looked at th retreating back with fear, shock and confused expresion except for the butler who knew the story all along and albert and juliana who was pale as sheet they knew more than anybody else that Magnus was enraged.

The Second branch family looked at each other, it wasn't hard to put two and two together to figure out what's going on.

Alfred looked at his Elder brother and smirked slightly.
