Chapter 25 - Torn

“What? What should I do?” Charlie asks, panicked.

“Well nothing is going to happen if you just stay here. She might have already hurt Ryan.” Kanai says.

Charlie’s eyes begin watering at the thought of losing him.

“Get out of the room quietly. You have to fight back whoever this is.”

“But what if I’m not strong enough..?” Charlie doubts herself.

“That doesn’t matter right now. Move.”

Charlie shakily reaches for the door knob and slowly opens the door. She then hears footsteps coming towards the bedroom.

“Hurry! Hide under the bed.”

Charlie drops to the floor and crawls under the bed just in time. Charlie watches shakily as the person prances around the bed to the bathroom.

“Come out, come out wherever you are!” The person teases.

Charlie carefully climbed out from under the bed on the other side and hides.

Who is that?

“Go to the kitchen.” Kanai orders.
