Creation conclusion

In an unknown place outside the country, a man walked into a bar and made a very specific order that was not on the menu with a slightly lowered voice.

The bartender smiled and then waved to him. "Dear customer, please follow me and you will receive your order very soon."

The man nodded and followed behind through to the back of the bar that was more secluded and then down a trap door leading beneath the bar.

The bartender said as he closed the door. "Follow the passage and you will arrive dear customer."

The man continued down the underground passageway until he found himself in front of a ladder and after climbing up and opening the way, he was inside another building which was boarded up from the outside and was probably abandoned.

As he entered, he found that there was nobody around but he could still guess that there were people inside somewhere so he spoke up. "Task 7741 Codename flintlock password shield. Reporting in for the finished assignment and ready to follow the next assignment."

Suddenly two figures walked out from the shadows where they had been concealed and looked at him behind their masks displaying no emotion in their eyes.

One was a woman with a petite body while the other was a tall and thin man.

The woman stepped forward and pointed toward the desk where pens and paper were without a word.

The man stood back and did not say a word too, if it was someone else outside of the organisation they may have found their actions weird but for the man who had arrived, he seemed to be used to it and did not seem to bothered.

He began to write down his long report about all he had seen, heard and learned on Baldimore along with the ongoing information about the political situation there, the actions of the Scientific Union and their downfall following the establishment of a new group named Creation.

He also made sure to mention that two Mink tribe and an angel wing tribe members were the cofounders of the group along with Dr Tsukimi's student.

His orders were to find a chance to cause an explosion within the laboratory when everyone involved was there too after assessing the situation but the interference of the Creation Union lead to a change of plans and an interruption of his suicide mission.

His report detailed that Alyssia was able to defeat a cyborg with technique and strength alone while her other members were skilled in shooting and other types of technology allowing flight or gliding.

Due to the interference of the Marines and the Baldimore high officials, all evidence and other materials or blueprints were confiscated while some more dangerous things were to be destroyed.

The only things gained through this mission was what he had learned during his time there but that enough was quite valuable and could earn him some more value even if it did not go according to his superiors orders.

He just hoped that they would understand that it was not his disloyalty that kept him from sacrificing himself but that he could not follow through with the order because of the laboratory being exposed before he could act.

The woman stepped forward silently and handed over several documents and a set of identification papers and took the completed report.

She bowed slightly and then left while the other man in the mask continued to observe the man who read the new mission documents silently.

A slight look of anxiety appeared on his face as he read it but he quickly concealed his emotions. 'Another dangerous mission again… it seems that the superiors are not happy that everything did not go their way.'

He left after being guided towards the exit passage and took his identification papers with him.

It would be unknown if he would live through this mission but he had no choice but to follow the will of those above him.

The report landed on the desk of one of the Cypher Pol groups information network and several things were brought up.

First was the fall of the Scientific Union that was a hate group that was on the verge of becoming a terrorist organisation.

Second was the birth of the Creation Union and the possibility of Baldimore being more involved in the world's trade if outsiders are able to establish strong enough ties.

Third was the key figure in all of the events, a kangaroo mink/animal human race that seemed to be below twenty years old but was able to defeat a cyborg alone without any weapons or tools.

Forth was the status of the criminals along with the political situation within Baldimore.

Fifth and finally was the strong protection the country and one of the highest skilled scientists that wished to shelter several individuals from questioning.

However there was no picture of those involved so none of this lead to further investigation and could connect this event to the previous 'Ghost' A L incident.

Since Alyssia had done the country a favour, even if they found out they may still protect her since she had not caused them any problems and would believe her bounty to be some kind of mistake.

However to Cypher Pol, they had to remain professional and store or make use of every piece of information that they had gained.

Since there were not enough clues to accurately identify her with something like the Ghost incident, they had to mark her as someone with high brute strength that is to be watched out for if she creates more changes in the world.

Right now she is young and strong so her potential may be great enough as a candidate to be used in some way by the Marines or World Government however if she turns out to be a problematic person, she can be dealt with by the higher rank agents.

The power displayed may have been strong but it was not yet enough to put her on their radar considering that the cyborg was quite weak compared to the standards that they have set for cyborgs after witnessing the modifications made to Kuma.

Since the overall incident passed with little loss from themselves, the information was passed onto the people above but it was not concerning enough to reach the ears of the Five Stars.

It was finally decided that it was up to the Marines to handle the rest and report on any changes but after some time there would be another person sent to Baldimore to observe the changes created by the presence of Creation and the group of outsiders that are believed to be an exploration group.

————————

Meanwhile inside Dr Tsukimi's home, Alyssia was busy drawing up some blueprints for to remodel her ships lab and the underground laboratory.

By her side sat Nice who sneered. "You said that this one would be done in a delicate manner… so what was delicate about that? Seriously I am starting to lose my trust in you lately. You say one thing but do another. Sigh."

Alyssia looked at her helplessly and spoke in a weak tone of voice. "I hoped it would be solved by words too and attract others out of the Scientific Union but he attacked first and my instincts kicked in. I still managed to hold back and stop myself from killing him otherwise I would be in bigger trouble. How was I supposed to know he was quick to anger and violence? I thought scientists are supposed to be calm and composed being unaffected by the slightest change… so was I wrong?"

Ein lazily leaned back with her eyes closed and let out a yawn. "Not every scientist can remain calm all the time, that guy may have been talented in some areas but his temper was never all that good."

Alyssia stared at her and spoke. "Then why did you not say so?"

Ein yawned again. "You did not ask and my interaction with him was low so there was little I could do to help you. Previously the others handled the social interactions for me so I rarely got to meet him but I did occasionally hear them talk about him."

Alyssia crossed her arms looking a little upset. "Hmph, fine whatever. What is done, is done. There is no going back now and all that is left is to focus on the future. By the way, how much longer do we have to remain here?"

Ein still looked as if she had not been bothered to move or open her eyes as she replied. "Just a couple more days but do not worry, you may make some trips to your ship so long as you do not have plans to leave. Master is talking the Baldimore council of elders and will help you gain more of a voice through him within the country."

Alyssia looked towards Ein and smirked. "By the way, if you wish to remain in your seat and protect yourself in the future you will either need to train your body or find a way to better protect yourself. Just a suggestion! If you wish for any advice on how to achieve that, I will be happy to help you work on some designs."

Ein finally opened her eyes and glared at her. "I would not say that I am weak since I am healthy and exercise enough to remain fit but compared to your standards that I have witnessed… sigh… I guess I can accept your help. It sounds like fun, do you have any ideas already?"

Alyssia examined her and calmly asked. "Fighting experience? Shooting experience? Weapon training? Anything? Nope! All you have going for you is your science but if used well, it can be used to assist you."

She closed her eyes and several ideas came to mind then the combined scientific skills within her current mastery began to produce several blueprints within the range of what she wished to make.

Several robotic designs along with some outer body exoskeleton suit parts began to be drawn onto paper. "How about taking the more tactical approach and using mechanical robots to defeat your enemies while within the protection of an armoured suit. These are what I could make with my current skills so I am sure that you and your master could make improvements to it."

Ein looked at the designs and nodded calmly. "I understand what you mean but what is this thing that you drew? Why does it look so… simple looking and weird?"

Nica nodded as she agreed. "It is ugly."

Ashwin added. "Too simple looking."

Alyssia coughed looking embarrassed. "It is called K9. A loyal companion dog robot that can accompany and protect you."

She immediately looked away nervously hoping that Ein would accept her explanation and not ask further. 'How was I supposed to know that my thought process would also help bringing up some additional blueprints… when you start thinking about science and science fiction, you tend to drift off to your favourite shows. Of course Doctor Who would be one of them, if I had not stopped myself then perhaps designs of Daleks and Cybermen would be on the table too. K9 is cute so making one for a travel companion does not sound too bad so long as it has been built to operate safely.'

She turned back and acted as if she did not care. "You can make what you like but if you do begin to work on anything, do not forget to let me be involved since I still much to learn. Just remember that these designs will only be available to the people in the room and Dr Tsukimi who may assist you during the making of them. It would be very bad if they leaked out and these tools or weapons may only be used by yourself to avoid them falling into the wrong hands and being misused. I am already taking a big risk by presenting such weapons for you to use yourself."

With her current skill level those blueprints were the best she could produce but they would give Ein and Dr Tsukimi many ideas on how to make improvements.

Working on something above her own skill level and gaining more experience would be very helpful with her growth and she could be a part of the new creations.

Ein now had a serious look on her face. "They should be fine so long as we only use certain modifications based on our Union's guidelines. We could use a laser or other things for one of the designs but the rest I would like control and subduing based weapons."

Nica added. "Do not forget that me and Alyssia have Electro powered technology and Ashwin has his Dials that could add to those possibilities."

Alyssia agreed. "Indeed, the possibilities are endless."

Things that may seem impossible with engineering and this worlds science but some problems can be solved in other ways using various other paths like weather science, dials or even pop green so various creative ideas may have some way of becoming a reality.

Meanwhile Alyssia happily chanted in her mind. 'K9. K9. K9!'
