Takahashi Mito was looking blankly at the screen in front of him. He was speechless. Beside him the group of medical students were furiously recording each and every movement that he made while thinking of wild and imaginative scenarios in their minds.

'Even though I haven't watched all the seasons of Kamen Rider... Even though Kamen Rider has a history of 200 years along with many new and cooler versions of it coming once every five to ten years due to its popularity. I am pretty sure that these two aren't Kamen Riders. Heck what are they? From the Super Sentai?'

'And what the heck is this!!!! Why is the only Kamen Rider amongst the three choices is not available for picking. What the heck is happening? Is this what that newbie God said about mistakes. Takahashi Mito nearly had a panic syndrome after watching the choices. So much that everything that he was experiencing deep down in his mind was showing on his face.

Takahashi Mito looked at all the people with confusion. From their words and his surroundings, he had a rough guess of why his body was in a hospital.

Takahashi Mito looked at all of them and chose to ignore them. For him the most important thing right now was to choose one of the available choices and to fulfill his so called duty.

'So what should I choose? I don't know about any of the them. Let's go with the first choice, I will regret it later if it turns out to be wrong. And it's not like I can do anything else than that.

Due to the sudden words from the man, Takahashi Mito subconsciously closed the interface in front of his eyes.

He was becoming angry and depressed at the messages that were given. His emotions had so little time to be expressed that he wasn't even able to express joy or confusion over the first two messages.

"Who are you?" Takahashi Mito asked.

The man Looked at Takahashi Mito and then spoke," I am Doctor Eric. I am also your father but it looks like you can't remember it."

Takahashi Mito raised an eyebrow at that.

"Well looking at your condition, you must be confused, right? Well, you are Takahashi Mito, My son from my previous wife who is dead. You are a college dropout and you committed suicide when you got rejected by a girl for being a archaeological nerd. You are also a virgin and shy around girls. That's the general gist of it." The Doctor said.

"Are you joking or are we both mad? Cuz, I could not be that coward, can I?" Takahashi Mito asked.

In the background, the medical students were still furiously recording something that was completely unrelated to the patient that they were observing.

"I am feeling second hand embarrassment to say this but you were a coward. A big one at that. You liked archaeology but chose engineering and dropped out in less than a month. You stalked a girl for 4 years before proposing to her and you talk like my father, no even my father has better jokes than you. You sometime sound like my grandfather."

Takahashi Mito stared at the Doctor. The Doctor averted his eyes.

"You better pray that all that you are saying is true, because if it isn't then I won't mind suing a doc for mental harrasment, harm and for planting suggestive suicidal thoughts."

'I need to cool my mind and let out my inner emotions that could not be unleashed due to the availability of time. Even my speech is getting disoriented and distorted now and I even have no idea on what I am babbling.'

"Just... Let me go for now. If it is the hospital bills, take my ID cards or fingerprints as deposit. I will pay you later. I promise."

Takahashi Mito got up from the bed and started to unplug and rip off all the IVs and other stuff that were stuck on his arms.

"Bye." He said that and strode towards the door.

"Let him be. This is the first time he asked for something from me. (This Mito doesn't seem like my son. Is he possessed? I should file a report to the league anyways.)"

The doctor Eric said while looking at the direction that Takahashi Mito went to.

"By the way Sir, are you really his father?" One of the medical students asked.

"I am not his real father but I did adopt him as his mother was my ex girlfriend at one time. She was beautiful."

The doctor continued," Well, onto your report. Did you record everything? This was probably a new disease or he must be awakening his superpowers like the metahumans. I read a report that said that many of the first generation mera humans took around six to nine months to awaken from their coma. This kid took a week but his body's function had dropped to nearly 99.453%, him surviving and then not remembering anything is either a miracle by some superpowered user or it could be something else that is currently inhabitating inside his body."

"Send the report to both the league and Waller. The recent mysterious attacks are getting more and more weird since the past several days." Doctor Eric said and left.
