Chapter 2: Training

Feel the huge amount of power running through his body Zane clench his fist and punching thing around him into pieces, one he had enough fun destroying thing around him Zane summon another wonder ride book into his hand and with any hesitation he open it and a huge book drop from the sky along with sounds effect.

-Training room Book-

Open up! The legendary room that trained countless strong being thought out the multiverse.

Stepping into the giant book, Zane got to transfer into a white room with nothing around except a blue floating screen in front of him. Looking at the training room setting screen in front of him, Zane stood there and thinking for a while what training should he do first.

Contemplate what skills he lacks the most, Zane decide to take a shooting training first, with a single thought in his mind the wonder ride book in his belt turn into gun page and a snowy white gun materialize into Zane left-hand(note: MC is a left-handed person).

Looking down at the floating screen once again, Zane set the room into combat shooting training mode and everything in the room changing into the training room from Titanfall 2 with torrent and many holograms enemies appear.

Looking at the familiar yet unfamiliar surrounding, Zane feeling a bit of reminiscent about his pass life. Shaking his head to get rid of the feeling, Zane press the start button and the enemies start to move and shoot out their bullet toward him. Dodging around the bullet, Zane using his gun to shoot back at the enemy but due to his poor skill at shooting 90% of the bullet fail to hit the enemy, using his fast speed Zane jumps toward the cover and start to the shooting again but this time Zane increased the hitting accuracy percent to 50% by using one of his helmet ability Author Visor: that allow user to read target personal stories then compile into words that reveal enemy location strength and weakness and once the enemies that already been scanned this ability Zane can locate their current location anywhere and anytime. And withing 5 minute all the enemies are clear, however Zane didn't satisfy with the result because 5 minute is already too long for an easy mode, so he decides to start training again.

For 2 hour of shooting to get familiar with the gun and its abilities, Zane intensified the mode into medium and gradually increase to hard mode for another 5 hour straight without a care about outside because in this training room one month is equal to 1hour outside.

In the blink of an eye, 2 months has already pass inside the training room and in these pass 2 months Zane get himself familiar with many form and abilities of his weapon alongside his fighting skill.

Lying down on the floor inside the training room, Zane felt the mental relief, knowing that now he has abilities to defend himself and his daughter in this strange yet familiar world.

But before he about to leave the training room the exhaustion hit him, so Zane fell asleep immediately, after a long time Zane woke up without a clue how long he has been sleeping Zane shake his head and take out the wonder ride book to leave this place.

With a mental relief and a good long sleep, Zane mood is quite good, so he decides to go to the beach and play with his daughter. Hearing the portal open behind her, Gamma looking back and see Zane step out of the portal seeing that Gamma immediately get down on her knee and said welcome back master and after hearing gamma speaking the little girl looking at what Gamma looking direction and seeing her father is back, so the little girl name Netra get up and run toward her father and bragging about her beautiful sand castle. But when Zane takes a look at the beautiful sand castle his daughter mention he saw nothing but a few cups of sand compile near each other to form a circle, seeing it Zane was speechless but just to make his little princess happy Zane play along and praising her. Take his eye off his daughter cute face Zane looking at Gamma still on her knee Zane told her to get up and stop calling him master, however Gamma refuse to listen saying that she already violate the maid protocol by call him master instead of Supreme Being, and knowing how stubborn her personality is Zane decide to let her call him name and add sama to it, but she must never kneel in front of him again.

After finish speaking with Gamma, Zane decides to take a 3 days vacation here on the island, so he tries materialized another custom wonder ride book that base on popular game Minecraft, however he only can materialize about 5% of the book, and he already exhausts all of his energy for to day, wondering what the reason for a while Zane understand why he can't do it because of the book contain huge amount law defied items and not to mention how strong Steve and Alex are.

With a bit of regret and realization that the stronger the character in the book are, the more energy it consumes, and zane decide to cancel the vacation and go home after the sky get dark.
