A mighty and vast mountain range exists near the Divine Phoenix Empire's capital. It was where the Divine Phoenix Sect's disciples trained, and only people with Phoenix's bloodline could enter.

It's a better version of the Phoenix Clan's compound at the Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain Range. The surrounding area is 'thoroughly' protected by a formation array, which also directly augments the profound energy in the atmosphere.

Yu Long and Yuyan watched over Feng Xue'er with a smile.

"Xue'er is a good girl," Yuyan commented, feeling motherly over the Little Phoenix. 

Yu Long nodded, "She is." 

"I bet you'd like to taint her innocence, right? Such a good girl, any man would be tempted to do something naughty with her." 

"No." 

"Tsk, I almost got you." 

"You're underestimating me with a lousy trick." Yu Long rolled his eyes. 

"What makes you think I'm not patient enough for a girl like Xue'er? I can wait for Xia Qingyue, then I can also wait for this Little Phoenix." 

Yuyan watched Yu Long's confident expression and snickered inside as he was commendable for doing this. She couldn't count how many scum would touch children despite their young age. 

'Well, it's not like Xue'er is young, young. She's only two years younger than the Master.' Yuyan thought to herself. 

She thought about something and asked, "If I'm not wrong, my other half gifted you something... Was it the fiery feather?" 

"Yes. It recorded the first half of [World Ode of the Phoenix] and details about the Primordial Profound Ark, which would appear above the Divine Phoenix City in a few weeks." 

"Primordial Profound Ark..." Yuyan tried to remember something about this matter. Her eyes lit up a few seconds later.

"So stingy." Yuyan pouted while crossing her arms. 

As much as Yu Long wanted to tell Yuyan about the Evil God's daughter, who has gotten separated into two beings for unknown reasons, he felt it more amusing to keep the Spiritual Emerald Phoenix in suspense. 

It's a good thing that Yuyan hasn't met Ni Yeyue. 

The last thing Yu Long summoned Yuyan before he engaged with Feng Xue'er was when he made and turned the Ancestral God into a Kaiju. 

"Big Brother Yu Long, your modified [World Ode of the Phoenix] is so amazing!" Feng Xue'er landed on the patch of grass near them.

"I don't know changing profound arts could lead to this immense difference." 

"Only when you're skilled," Yuyan commented. "No ordinary person could modify profound arts easily, Xue'er." 

"Mm~!" Feng Xue'er showed an excited smile. 

"Master's advice on asking Big Brother's help is correct!"

Chu Yuechan didn't realize it, but she actually released more pheromones than ever. 

"At night, met me on the Divine Phoenix Cliff." Yu Long gently brushed Chu Yuechan's arm and made her shiver. He transferred a bit of his pheromone to cool her heat down. 

Chu Yuechan sighed in relief, "Understood..." 

Feng Xue'er bit her sandwich and stared at Chu Yuechan, "That senior is so beautiful and refined." 

"Haha, I wonder if that's true..." Yuyan giggled while biting an apple. 

Chu Yueli and Lily returned to the hut and sat down. 

They reported something to Yu Long and made his golden eyes glisten with coldness. 

"Just a bunch of rats. Lily, make it clean." Yu Long responded after hearing some people are trying to enter the Phoenix Perching Valley despite the restriction. 

Lily gave him an affirmative nod as she disappeared from her position, leaving Chu Yueli alone. 

"As for you... Rest for now." Yu Long checked Chu Yueli's pulse and felt her condition becoming better. Chu Yueli happily beamed and sat beside him.

Yu Long closed his eyes and felt the calmness of the Phoenix Perching Valley. However, he knew the outside wasn't so calm.

Outside the Divine Phoenix Mountain Range. 

Lily faced countless dark-robed figures and frowned, "They sent more trash again." 

"Tsk, the Four Great Sacred Grounds should know that littering on private property is illegal." 

"What's this bitch talking about?" One dark-robed figure grumbled. 

"Attack, we must kidnap Princess Snow before dark!" 

Sunlight fell on the forest and brightened the area. Lily raised both arms and said, "I'd like to see how you achieve that."

Lily walked past them casually, and several light beams traveled in the shadow of the woods. 

Blood splattered on the ground but then evaporated by the sunlight. 

Lily glanced back and murmured, "This is the 10th attempt they made in the last five days. How annoying." 

"Still, kidnapping Feng Xue'er when she was still with Young Master." 

"Are they dumb or something?" 

"Well, let's clean things up." Lily shook her head helplessly. 

After the area was clean, Lily flashed and returned to the hut. 

"Done," Lily said while sitting beside Chu Yueli.

"Good job, but keep your eyes on the area still." Yu Long pushed a plate of sweet oranges at her. 

"Noted." Lily peeled the oranges and ate them slowly. She need something sweet after that cleaning some trash. 

Feng Xue'er watched this exchange in puzzlement and asked Yuyan about it, but the Spiritual Emerald Phoenix giggled and told her she was too young to know. 

'What kind of secret did Big Brother Yu Long actually possess?' Feng Xue'er was incredibly curious. 

'Xue'er is a good girl. So, Xue'er won't meddle in with Big Brother's business.' 

With that in mind, Feng Xue'er delightfully hummed and filled the room with a cozy mood. Her life is much better after becoming Yu Long's fiancee. She can't wait to see her sister-wives and get to know them personally. 

'Since Xue'er is a good girl, I wonder if Big Brother Yu Long could bring me to a snowland.' Feng Xue'er gazed at Yu Long with a hopeful look.
