Chapter 1

When you were young, you had a best friend named Kageyama. Everyday you guys had play dates and during school y'all were inseparable. As Kindergarten was ending, your parents had to move from Japan to America (what a downgrade), taking you with them. You didn't know you were moving, so you never really said goodbye to Kageyama.

Moving to America was a surprise for you, not one you liked. He was sad to not see you anymore. He was left wondering where you went. Everyday after the move, you've thought of how Kageyama has been and what he's up too. Over the years you forgot about Kageyama, and he's forgotten about you.

Then one day after school in America, you came home to your family sitting at the dining table. You went over and asked, "Mom? Dad? Is everything ok? Did Aki get in trouble again?" "No sweetie. We were just telling Aki some news, you need to sit down as well." You sit down next to your sister Aki. Your dad begins saying,"So... we are moving again!"

Your facial expression goes from smiling to dead straight. "Not again, I can't do that again." you think to yourself. "We're going back to Japan!" your mom blurts out. Suddenly your face changes again because your moving home. "R-really?" "Yes y/n!" your mom says. You run to your parents and hug them, you ask,"When?" They reply together, "Next week."

Your face is glowing with happiness because you've never felt like America was home. You were dying to go back to Japan. You start to run upstairs. "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?" your dad yells. "I need to start packing, DUH!" you reply. You go upstairs and start packing your life. You dream about what's it going to be like once you go to Japan. Speaking won't be that hard because your fluent in Japanese.

One week later...

"Finally!" you think to yourself as you wake up on the day your family and yourself are moving to Japan. "Y/n come downstairs please!" your sister shouts. "I'm coming!" you shout back. You have all your stuff ready, and so does your family. The house is packed and y'all are ready to go. As y'all are driving to the airport you can't help but think, "maybe he's still there."

Your family and you arrive to the airport. "Wow, were really going back." you say out loud. "Yes!" your family replies. Eventually, y'all board the plane and sit down knowing in a few hours you'll be home. The trip was still going and you were happy. "Y/n?" Aki says. "Yes?" you reply. "Do you think it'll be good there?" "Of course, it's our home. I'm so happy we're moving!" you reply. "Yeah, I guess." Aki said, not that enthusiastic.

This move would be hard for her cause she mostly grew up in America. But it was a dream for you. The plane lands several hours later. And your home now!
