20 Season 1 (CH20):

"What has you so mad?" Allison asked as she moved into his back yard, from her window she could hear him firing off the bow.

He turned and looked at her, he was thinking maybe she could calm his anger but she didn't, instead she just made him even more mad, even if it wasn't her fault. She just reminded him of being another girl that he couldn't be with, she was with Scott, who was going with Lydia and Jackson on a double date tomorrow night.

Sighing he was glad this calmed his anger down a little, he didn't want to shout or be mad at her, it was his own problems not hers, "Nothing, just a bad night I guess. Shouldn't you be inside though for curfew?" He said while looking over to her.

"Well my dad isn't home so why should I be, he went out to look for the Alpha so it is just me and my mom. Plus I told her that I was going to see what you were doing, we could both hear the arrows hitting the trees." She answered while picking up an arrow and looking it over.

"Ahh... Well that is good, I guess. Is he any closer to finding out about who the Alpha is?" He asked not wanting to get into the topic of what had happened today.

She looked over at him raising a brow, she could tell he was avoiding the previous topic but let it go, "No he isn't. There isn't really any clues, though from what you told them they have been watching people more closely to see if anyone has stood out much. At first though they did think it was Derek Hale."

"No it isn't him. We actually had a talk about it earlier, he thought I was the Alpha so he was watching me, when he didn't see any of the signs he stopped though." He explained to her while not mentioning anything about his powers.

"Yeah they know that, well about it not being him. I just wish they would find out who it was sooner, they agreed I could finish high school here even if they haven't by then. I am glad not to be moving again." She said with a happy smile on her face.

"That's good, you won't have to worry about making new friends again. Plus I would have to hunt you down and bring you back if you did end up moving away, I have grown attached to you so can't lose you too soon." He explained with a smile.

She turned to him smiling happily, "Oh? And do you really think you could get past my dad and drag me back here?"

"Pssh please, we would end up having a war to get you back here. We both know that I could bring you back." He said laughing a little as he was collecting the arrows he shot into the tree.

"So are you ready to go to bed?" She said with a smile holding out the arrow that she was looking at earlier.

"Excuse me?" He said turning to look at her as he was on his way back into the house, hoping she would just go back to her own seeing he was leaving.

"Well it has almost been two week since we have slept together, I was just thinking that you would allow me back into the bedroom." She said walking closer to him.

He sighed while looking at her, "No I won't. You have a date with Scott tomorrow, you two have also kissed which means that you are on your way to a real relationship. So we really shouldn't be sleeping in the same bed."

She pouted while stomping her foot, "What does that have to do with anything. We can still be cuddle buddies even if I am dating Scott."

Ryan looked at her with a raised brow, he didn't think she would take a relationship so lightly, though they were high school students so it shouldn't be so serious. That didn't mean she should be saying that though, "Look we can't alright. If you want to cuddle with someone then go cuddle with him, as long as the two of you are involved then my bed is not somewhere you will sleep."

Before she could say anything more he walked back to the house, "Goodnight Allison."

--------

He avoided them both in school, both tried to talk to him but he was ignoring them, he didn't want to talk to Lydia for obvious reasons. As for Allison she was just trying convince him to let her into his bed, which he didn't see why she was doing that, if she really liked Scott as much as she was showing then she should really give up on that.

At the moment he was avoiding the cafeteria, if he was to go inside there then they could corner him, he didn't know how bold they were to talk about it in front of others. Though they had been blowing up his phone with messages, which he has ignored, he didn't even leave them on read, he left them on delivered.

"H-Hello." A soft voice called out from as he was sitting on the bleachers out at the Lacrosse field.

Turning to the side he saw a girl with dirty blonde hair looking at him, it took a moment but he finally placed her, "Erica right?"

She smiled shyly while nodding at him, "Yeah that's me. Though I didn't think anyone else sat out here besides me."

He laughed a little, "Yeah I usually don't I am avoiding people though."

She nodded again, "Do you mind?"

"Oh no please take a seat." He said while moving his backpack out of the way so she could sit next to him.

"I don't really have any friends, not many people want to hang with the girl that can have a medical problem at any moment out of no where. I guess what I am trying to say is, that I am a willing ear to listen to your problems, and you won't have to worry about me telling anyone." She said as she brought out her food to eat.

He paused and nodded, "Why not? Not like it matters really."

So he explained to her everything, about liking both girls and both of their good and bad sides, she sat there eating while listening to everything he had to say about them. He felt better about it too because he was able to get everything off of his chest that he wanted to say.

They sat there in silence after he was done, he didn't say anything but tried to finish his food as she was thinking over everything he had just told her. "Wow that is a lot. Two girls huh?" She finally said, there was something in her voice but he didn't place it.

He nodded.

"Well I can't give you much advice. There isn't really a good way to put it from what you have told me. On one hand Lydia seems like a good girl from your point of view, she even was willing to open up her true self to you and became an actual friend. Though it is not cool what she did last night, it might just be a slip of the tongue but it couldn't only be that, there was no doubt that it was you she was kissing.

As for Allison well that is a whole another can of worms, she seems to be using you for sleeping and cuddling not caring about how you feel about that. While she gets to go off and date Scott, I think for her it is since you are so close then she can get the comfort staying with you she can't get with Scott since he is so far away." She said putting her own two cent in there.

Ryan nodded thinking her words was what he was thinking, it was just his luck to like both those girls and they have someone else in their heads. This wasn't the first time it happened to him either, which was why he spends so much time alone, he was to prone to falling for the girl before they had any feelings for him at all, it always bites him in the ass.

Sighing he nodded, "Yeah I have been thinking the same thing. Those were the thoughts that were in my head too, I just didn't want to think about it though. Can't really avoid it now if someone else is telling me too."

She laughed a little, "Trust me I know what you mean. There have been guys that I like but they have seen me as nothing more then a study partner. No one is going to like the girl who is a plain Jane like me."

He sighed, "Well I can't comment on that. I think that everyone should have the chance to like who they like no matter what, we can't really control that about ourselves but at the same time we can't make them like us back if they have someone else they like."

"True." She nodded biting into her sandwich.

"Thanks for listening though. I am just going to put it on the back burner though, there is nothing that I can do about this though, they both are in relationships. All I can do is stay in the friend-zone, not that I actually mind kissing Lydia. Jackson is an asshole." He said with a smile bumping shoulders with the girl.

"You can say that again." she agreed nodding her head.

"Alright it is decided you will be my new friend Erica. Come on pass those digits." He said with a smile while unlocking his phone and handing it over to her so that she could put her number into it.

She laughed but didn't reject and put her number into the phone, the rest of lunch they didn't talk about heavy things but got to know about one another.
