16 Out for Blood

Oliver was there in minutes, easily leaping over the Cars blocking him as he ran up to the tape, a few Cops trying to stop him before a voice barked out,

''LET HIM THROUGH WOOF!''

Looking over Oliver seen the Chief of police himself, Kenji Tsuragamae.

Kenji wasn't sure why, but when he saw Oliver running, he knew something wasn't right, he had gotten to meet the Leader of the Kings, and he was classed as a calm-headed person, but right now he looked like he was ready to fight All Might. Walking over to meet the man.

"This is an active crime scene Oliver, a group of running villains holed up in this building and they have a hostage.''

''I know, that hostage is my Daughter, Himiko Soko."

If Kenji's face could go pale, he would've gone stark white. He had met Oliver a number of times, one of them had been shortly after Oliver had come to them to discuss his 'Bounty' hunting business, Kenji himself being someone who wanted to see it through, and in curiosity, they had also gotten to watch Oliver single-handedly take on an entirety of the police strike force, and multiple pro hero's, all without the use of a quirk, purely with his physical ability, which had been confirmed, not a part of his quirk.

Kenji, all be it not wanting to, could use this to his advantage. This is also the kind of leverage they need to push Oliver's idea forward.

''These guys are real scum, Oliver, I don't think they would've done anything to a child, I think they grabbed her purely to give themselves time to think. I can get you thirty minutes, but that's it woof." He raised his hand to the woman officer standing next to him who looked worried, why was the Chief speaking to a civilian about the situation, but she trusted him, handing him the clipboard she held which went right into Kenji's hand, and into Oliver's. It was a list of them and details on their quirks.

"The blue hair one, he is just a kid going down a bad path, this is his first offense, don't hurt him woof.''

Oliver took a quick look at all of them, reminding their faces, and quirks deep into his memory

"You said that you don't think they would do anything to Himiko? Pray to the god you believe in Chief, that you are right." He handed the clipboard back and turned to the building.

The Chief handed the clipboard back to the officer next to him, her voice small as she asked. ''Uh... Sir? Who was that?''

"That, is Oliver Soko, remember the 'Training' where the strike force and some pro hero's had, and all came out bruised? He did that... He is also the CEO of Kings Loans, a 100% legit business. Also... If things go right, a man that will dirty his hands to make the world a better place, so people like us, don't have to. A man that will change the world woof.''

"And... Why is he going into that building alone?''

''Well, Officer Kaniyashiki, to save his Daughter of course, and clean up some of the trash in the building while he's in there."

The officer seemed to pout a bit at hearing her full name but made no comeback to correct the Police Chief.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Oliver was entering through an empty window on the fourth story from the back alley. Easily lowering himself he began to go down from the top, his steps quiet and his eyes hard. A KA-BAR Black straight edge knife in his right hand.

Slowly making his way he began to hear a voice, someone was muttering to themselves, when he went around a corner slowly he peeked, it was the kid with blue hair, the kid looked terrified, not of Oliver but everything around him, he was gripping his arms and was shaking slightly. Oliver watched a long moment before he reached out, grabbing the kid around the mouth, he was a good foot beneath Oliver, he must've still been in high school, holding his hand over the kid's mouth. Blade to his throat he spoke lowly, none of them had enhanced hearing.

"Alright Hujo, you have two choices. One, you tell me where you're keeping the girl you took, I leave you alive. Two, you keep your mouth quiet about it, and no one will know you died in this hallway until the police search the building, you understand?"

The kid rapidly began to nod his head, slowly Oliver lowered his hand. The kid began to shakily whisper. ''She's just in the room I was next to, we didn't do anything to her, we weren't even supposed to grab her, it was only supposed to be a pawn store rob, and then we'd get away cleanly, I didn't want to take a little girl." He stopped only because the knife tightened.

"Take this chance. After you serve your time, contact a place called Kings Loans, ask for Oliver. You could do a lot of good with your quirk."

The kid nodded, his legs shaking, the both of them made their way into the room to find a gagged Himiko, but she looked calm. Seeing Oliver walk in she brightened up, her feet swinging on the chair she was sitting in. Making his way over he kept Hujo in his sightline, he raised a hand to motion for Himiko to be quiet who quickly nodded.

Once he got the gag out she threw her arms around his neck, squeezing him tightly. Oliver's arms tightened around her small frame. He could hear her whisper in his ear.

''I knew you'd be here soon, I got one of them, I bit him as hard as I could when they hurt Kiga." He chuckled before pulling her back to look at her "Can I trust you to make your way to the cops by yourself? There is an officer out there in a suit, he has the face of a dog. Go straight to him, do not go to anyone else unless it's a King member, understood?"

She nodded, already believing Oliver as if he could do her no wrong. ''Yes, Oliver! Be careful, one of them used a weird quirk that allows him to blind people, that's how they got Kiga!"

He smiled, he kissed her forehead before he turned to Hujo. ''I did say I'd let you live, I never said anything about keeping you awake."

His arm whipped out, and like a doll with his strings cut, Hujo crumbled to the ground. A quick strike to the temple was all it took to rock the brain hard enough to cause the pass out.

Taking his tie he transformed it into a sturdy and powerful rope. Tying his arms and legs like a pride pig off to the slaughterhouse.

Once he stood up from doing this he helped Himiko out of the building and watched her, very closely while she made her way into the street, when he saw her greet the Chief with a polite courtesy.

A grin spread across his face, but if anyone had seen it looking at them, they would've felt fear. This was a grin of a man out to do dark things to people. In which he had 25 minutes left to do it.

You can do a lot to three people in 25 minutes.
