CHRISTMAS SPECIAL

When Juliet got home,she saw Hannah and Mary decorating their Christmas tree. She remembered how she and her siblings would decorate the tree with their parents watching over them.

She walked pass the both of them and went upstairs.Mary saw her but didn't disturb her.

"Is there anything wrong with Juliet,did something happen at school today ?" asked Mary.

" No,nothing happened it is just that a lot of students thought that she cheated and I was part of them" replied Hannah.

" Hmm,Hannah that was wrong of you, you should have trusted her,she is your cousin,you doubting her would allow others to doubt her as well" said Mary.

" Yeah,I realized my mistake now,i already apologized to her and she forgave me,I wonder what's wrong" replied Hannah.

The both of them looked at the direction Juliet went and decided to give her space.

After cooking dinner,Hannah went up to call Juliet.She knocked on the door waiting for Juliet to open the door.

Juliet came out and the both of them went downstairs to eat. During the meal Juliet didn't say anything although she did not usually talk during meals it was somehow different this time.

Mary was trying to ask Juliet what was wrong but She didn't say anything. The meal ended in a very awkward silence.

After eating Juliet went back to her room,Mary was very worried about her,she wanted to talk to her but she decided to give her space.

In juliet's room,Juliet was sitted on the bed,she realized that her behavior must have worried her aunt but she couldn't help it.

She decided to go to her aunt. She went downstairs and saw her aunt sitting on the chair looking at the floor.

She sat down beside her aunt and held her hand " I'm sorry for making you worried,it's just that seeing all this decorations reminds me of my parents and siblings"

Mary now understood why Juliet was like that,she said " I'm sorry too,i didn't consider your feelings when i was decorating.If this is too much we can stop it".

Juliet shook her head and said " no need,I need to let go of my past and celebrate with you".

The both of them then hugged each other.
