Back Home!

I'm so excited to go back home from the trip. We are going in the evening, so I started packing up with Joanna. It was 3:30pm, and we are going to leave at about 8pm and reach midnight. It was going to be a tiring flight. We slept so that we would be more energised in the night. "wake up! it's 7 we will be late, wake up!" Joanna said. I woke up squinting my eyes, I felt heavy, but I got ready, and so did Joanna.

It was 7:30pm, and we were prepared and set to leave, it was a bit early though. We waited, until someone came and opened the door," its time we go" Ms. Jessie said. We took our bags and directed with the others.

After about 30 minutes we were at the airport, and approximately two hours, we were on the flight. It was a smooth flight, and we reached California a bit early. I arrived home, and I was exhausted. But mom never fails to make me better, she brought my favourite food, cheese fries! I haven't eaten it in a while, and I was craving too. Zoe and Jim were asking me about the trip, but I was too tired to explain since we arrived at midnight.

I woke up a bit fresh, and I was so relieved to be back home. We had a holiday, and school starts after 3 days. To be honest, it was a fun journey, we saw a lot of new and amazing things. I ordered some pizza and asked Joanna to come over so we could have fun despite the trip. But, school starts soon, so I guess we got to get ready for it again.
