2 Chapter 2

So, to summarize everything, before Yuki was even reincarnated in the OPM world... After he died in his original world, his soul was actually first transported to the same white space he was currently standing in.

Also, in that same space, is where he met this guy who just hugged him. Yuki also now remembers this Guy's name, which is... Dude. Dude the omnipotent being... or whatever.

Yuki cannot really understand or at least, it wasn't explained to him. Dude just said to him the first time they met to call him Dude, that's it. It seems that he really did not mind being called as such that's why Yuki didn't ask anymore about it and simply did as he was told.

Now all of this explains why he's acting so familiar with Yuki cause turns out both of them already met once before. It's also why Yuki found all of these facts familiar to him for some reason at first, despite not remembering anything yet.

Apart from that, Yuki also remembered that he was supposed to be a... Traveler?

Basically, travelers are people who get Isekai'd in a certain world, live a life there, and the moment they die, they get sent back here in this space again and... repeat the cycle. An additional piece of information is that Travelers also lose their memory of being a Traveler specifically after they get Isekai'd. Travelers only realized that they were a Traveler all along after they went back here, just like what's happening to Yuki right now.

Though, Yuki doesn't know how he became a Traveller. All he knows is that he used to be a massive Weeb back then in his original world, doing lots of cringy stuff, died of a disease at some point, and the next thing he knew, he was already a Traveler.

But he can make an educated guess that he probably knows how, just that, it was made to not be remembered. And since that's the case, he already stopped being curious about it. Curiosity is what killed the cat they say.

In any case, Dude here is supposed to be a supervisor who manages every Traveler. Meaning to say, he's basically the guy that sent Yuki to One-punch Man world back then on his first Isekai trip. Yes, that was his very first Isekai trip as a Traveller. And the next one would be his second cause Dude here, literally after giving Yuki a hug...

"So, are you excited for your next trip?"

Immediately prepared to Isekai him unto another world, again.

"Whoa man, chill. Can't you give me a breather at least? I just died you know." Yuki immediately retorted after hearing that.

Well, It's not like Yuki wasn't ready or anything. That's not true at all. In that short amount of time, he already understood his Job as a Traveler and all. But... he literally just died seconds ago, and an hour ago, he's still in the middle of a grand-scale war, fighting hundreds of monsters in every direction.

Not to mention that other than his pre-existing 28 Years' worth of memory from the OPM world, and another 19 years from his original world, he just received new ones right now in addition to that. Well, technically it's not new but the point is there.

To say that his mind right now was a mess is such an understatement.

But obviously, after hearing Yuki's plead and quickly understanding his situation, Dude, as a much higher being who has lots of experience dealing with cases like this, just scoffed at him.

"If it's about your physiological mess, then you'll be fine. You'll have lots of time to fix it after you get Reincarnated again."

"... I do?" Yuki asked with a bit of a doubtful tone in his voice

"Of course. Trust me bro."

Now after hearing this, Yuki simply gave a huge sigh and finally submitted. Well, he didn't really trust what Dude said or anything but it's not like he can do something about it. So in the end, all he can do is just give the benefit of the doubt and hope that after all this, everything will be actually fine. Just like what was told to him.

"Good, now let's start!" Dude exclaimed after getting Yuki's confirmation. He then clapped his hands and right after that, a huge structure that looked like a Japanese lottery machine appeared behind him.

Immediately after that happened, Dude went on the lever part of the lottery machine and started rotating it, making the entire wheel part of the machine rotate at high speed.

Now as to how this works, and why this is happening, at least according to what Yuki remembers, this is supposedly the method and machine that gets to decide where his next 'World' is. Just like how it happened on Yuki's first travel, which at that time, the World of OPM is what he got.

Now he could only wonder what World he would get this time. At the same time, he prayed that it was a World he was familiar with so he could have a massive advantage just in case a similar accident like what happened in the OPM world were to happen.

At least, this is the thing that was lingering around Yuki's head right now. Due to such thoughts, Dude easily noticed his troubled expression.

"Nothing's happening yet so don't be such a worrywart."

Hearing what Dude just said to him, Yuki sneered and replied with a bit of a sarcastic tone in his voice.

"... Can't blame me. That's what years of war will do to you."

"Well, that's why I said that you shouldn't worry too much because there's a big chance that Lady Luck will be on your side for this one due to the strokes of bad luck, you got on your first run. Call it as some sort of compensation if you will."

"I see. If that was the case then..."

After that, both of them said no more. They just plainly stood there watching and waiting for the spinning machine to finally do its thing.

*crack!*

After some time, the rotating lottery machine finally started slowing down, producing some cracking noises as it did. As that was happening, all of a sudden, mid-rotation, a single ball flew out of the machine. The rotation of lottery wheel is still rotating pretty fast at this point so the ball was spit out at high speed.

Even Yuki, who was just chilling there on his spot, flinched a bit as this happened. Thankfully, Dude catches the ball with no problem.

"Okay, let's see~ let's see~," Dude said enthusiastically as he opened the ball he just caught, revealing the paper slip inside it.

"Now, the world that you got for your next destination is..." Dude then proceeded to take out the paper slip, unravel it, and then read the contents written inside it out loud.

"... is JUJUTSU KAISEN! YEY!" Dude said enthusiastically, at the same time, giving the paper slip to Yuki, making him confirm that the world of JJK is indeed his next destination.

Now, one can surely wonder what is Yuki's reaction to this information. Was he glad? Was Lady Luck truly on his side for this time and gave him a world that he had great knowledge of? Well, to answer that...

"Sh*t."

No, that seems to be not the case this time around seeing how he reacted.

But as much as he wanted to, Yuki decided to not think about this fact for the meantime as stressing himself with such thoughts, given how stressed he is already right now, is probably not the brightest idea. He can just leave it for his future self, in the meantime, he'll just focus on the next happenings first since he knows that this event is still far from being done.

"No reaction much? Alright, let's get on with the next part then shall we?" Dude said as he started walking towards the lottery machine again.

Upon arriving in the same spot where he stood earlier, he held the lever and in one singular motion, pulled it, making the wheel of the lottery, spin once again.

Now, according to Yuki's past experience, after getting his 'World' selected back then, he didn't leave right away. He still need to get one more thing first before proceeding with the reincarnation process.

And that is... the gift.

Now to make the long explanation short, from this wheel, a certain 'gift' will be spit out and the moment he is born again, that certain gift, will be his power. The gift that will be given is obviously randomized, and as to what kind of power it is, well, it greatly varies.

A great example of this is Yuki's past gift, which is Aura.

A great and powerful ability, and the sole reason why he managed to reach the position he attained back then in the OPM world. But, that's all Yuki knows about it. He doesn't really know which World or 'fic' that Ability came from. Well, he's familiar with the name of course, because Aura is a pretty generic power system besides Chakra and Mana, but other than that, nothing more.

*crack!*

Now, same as before, the great lottery wheel spun very fast, and after some time, started slowing down. Not long after that, it spits out a ball that contains the information for his next gift, which Dude would then catch.

"Since your chosen world is JJK, I guess this will be your Innate Curse Technique huh." Dude said to Yuki with a teasing tone as he opened the ball and took out the Paper slip inside.

"Now, for your GIFT..." Dude then opened the Paper slip, and after quickly reading the written contents inside it, announced it out loud.

"It will be..."
