" Hey, do want to watch a movie with me? "

Megumi squinted his eyes. Ray stepped back and waved his hands. " It is not a date. I just wanted someone to accompany me. Today is releasing Human Earthworm 3. "

" What kind of movie is that? "

" Horror but they said it is the theme of loss. I don't know how they going to use that theme but it should be interesting. Come on. Come with me. "

Megumi shook his head. " I am going to rest. " He looked at his hands which were warped in bandages. It hurt even thinking about moving fingers.

Using cursed energy to shoot is hard. And it is not efficient in the battle.

Megumi glazed at Ray who was looking through the phone. I am sure this will be some kind of training for me.

" Ray-san, why don't you call seniors? "

Ray pondered for a brief second. He shook his head. " They are probably training right now. You knew about the principal. He just wanted the top score for the school. "

" I am so excited for the next year. You have to work hard to relax some of the stress from the principal. "

" Why? "

" I don't know. " Ray shook. " Now, follow me. "

Bizzzzz. Bizzz.

The phone vibrated in Ray's pocket. Strange. It is a family phone.

Ray looked at the message.

Megumi was walking ahead of Ray so he didn't notice about it. As he walked, he noticed Ray not catching up. " I am only going to see—!!!"

"What's wrong? "

Ray sighed and said, " I broke my phone. Call the school. My parents had been captured by sorcerers. "

In the meeting room.

Gojo, the principal and Ray were discussing. The topic was the kidnapping of Ray's parents.

Gojo scratched his head. " This is a problem. " He said those words because of the problem that would happen when Geto killed them.

Four of the pillars of Jujutsu would take over Ray's family place. And that would create a little bit of chaos in the jujutsu world.

That was not the problem but knowing Geto, he would make good use of the bit of chaos.

" I don't think this will be a problem. " Ray said. His voice was normal. Gojo noticed that from the start. Cold logic.

" The message said he wanted me to come alone. There's no Gojo or any help. Just me. "

The principal nodded and looked at Gojo. " Do you think Geto knew about Rika? "

" Everybody with connection knew about that, principal. " Ray answered instead. " And it is right. Gojo alone was enough to stress Geto but with me being present. I suppose he is using underhand. "

It is not like I can blame him.

Ray looked at the two and said, " Then, we got the situation right. I am going to save my parents alone. "

The principal stayed silent. He will not meddle in this situation. Ray was strong enough to make his words.

Gojo nodded. " Go on. "

He smiled, " That will be your opportunity to develop your domain. "

" I thought so too. " Ray laughed.

In the unknown forest.

A wooden building stood out from the tree. Numerous curses were roaming around the building. Their purpose was to kill every living being near the area.

And with the barrier techniques, curses were forming every second.

Ray walked alone in the forest. He carried a special grade cursed tool. It was kept in the family's room.

Sword of reverse.

The effect was to reverse cursed energy. It was made by the six eyes holders.

It didn't boost any damage for the attack but he just needed it to use reverse cursed techniques.

Four hands curse arrived in front of him. It screamed at the top of its lungs.

Sound-based attack?

Ray shook his head. He expanded cursed energy. Making a kind of domain for the surrounding.

Manipulation.

With a thought, he created lightning in the energy. Flying the curses with fire.

Another one. This should be about 100 curses. Man, they are like flies.

With each step, Ray was advancing to the warehouse. He arrived in front of the house and yelled.

" I am here. You better prepare yourself. "

The veil has already been activated. My phone is useless. Look like I have to start relying on my strength. Now, this is the thrill I want.

Ray looked around. There's no sense of anomaly. His sense knew about this.

He flowed his curse energy to the tool and absorbed the reversed curse technique.

It feels good.

His mind and gaze got sharper. The strain on his brain got lighter. It sure is a nice feeling. I hope Geto will have some surprises.

He was not worried about his parents. It was not because he believed in Geto. That man was scum against non-sorcerers.

If he killed my parents,...

Ray shook his head. I need to stop thinking about it.

He opened the wooden door. Suddenly dread filled inside his lungs. There was some ominous feeling in the air.

Like some explosive hanging. Inside was dark, but with his eyes and senses, he made out most of the outline.

He stopped breathing. He walked with a motionless breath. This is not true. It is not supposed to be like this. It is wrong.

Ray stood in front of it.

He smiled. That was all he could do at this moment. Just smile. He grabbed his chest.

This is wrong.

He carried the bodies of his parents. He had never felt a connection with them but seeing them covered in blood ached his heart. In his unconscious thought, he had acknowledged them as his parents.

It didn't matter he was reincarnated from somewhere. They had proven enough that they were good parents.

As he walked out, Geto was waiting for him.

" Strength. "

He just said those words and Ray understood the meaning. My strength didn't stop them from drying under curses.

He looked up.

" I see your point. " Ray said. He slowly places his parents on the ground. Curses smelled terror from the bodies and approached.

Their desire clouded the terrifying man in front of him.

" Burn. "

Geto coughed due to the black smoke rising from the burned curses.

" You sure is the student of him. Why don't drop some tears for your parents? "

" Cause that would make them sad. Now, let's fight, special-grade Geto. "
