Ren opened his eyes slowly, immediately noticing the coldness of the ground beneath his body. He sat up, rubbing his eyes in slight discomfort.

"What the hell...?" he muttered, observing the ancient dojo around him. It all seemed strangely familiar, but at the same time, he had no idea where he was.

As the memories settled in, he could understand what was going on, He had died... Or so he thought. Ren frowned, trying to process what was happening.

"Am I in Jujutsu Kaisen?" he thought, checking his memories and seeing everything related he knew he must be in that anime. Although he wasn't a fan, he knew enough to know how dangerous this world was.

Suddenly, a robotic voice echoed in his head.

[Cursed Clan System activated]. "Welcome, Ren Kurogane."

Ren stood still for a second.

"Ah, right, a system. Why not?" he said with a smile, this was just like in the novels he had read. He got up from the ground, and as soon as he did, the system spoke again.

In his vision, a transparent interface appeared in front of him.

"It's pretty complete" he said as he explored the options. The system didn't respond to his comment, but Ren didn't complain. Instead, he checked the active mission.

"Well, it doesn't look difficult" he said with a slight smile as he closed the interface and began to explore the dojo.

This wasn't the plan he had for his life, but he wasn't going to sit still and wait to be crushed.
