Yuji and junpei were walking around the city as the two were talking about their favorite movies.The two had really hit it off and were quickly becoming best friends.

"Hey yuji I just remembered I have to go do something I'll see you later."said junpei. "Okay then I understand tell your mom I said hello."said itadori as junpei ran off.

The smile on itadori's face disappeared as he knew that junpei was going to meet mahito but that didn't really concern him.

The person itadori was most concerned about was junpei's mom who he knew mahito was planning to kill off in order to further manipulate junpei.

"If I remember correctly she was killed by mahito planting one of sukuna's fingers inside their yard causing some curse spirits to attack their house."thought itadori as he ran in the opposite direction.

He reached junpei's house as he noticed a few curse spirits surrounding it.The curse spirits were instantly reduced to ash by itadori's flames as he slid into junpei's back yard.

Junpei's mom was going to come out through the backdoor causing itadori to quickly grab the finger as he jumped over the fence.

"That was close I managed to save junpei's mother and obtain another one of sukuna's fingers."Said itadori.

"But if mahito finds out I interfered in his plans he'll mist likely kill junpei."said itadori as his face grew serious.

"The small lady bug I placed on junpei's collar should allow me to track his location."said itadori closing his eyes.

He then felt that junpei was running throughout the sewers likely towards mahito's hideout.As soon as itadori got this information he disappeared in a flash of golden lightning.

We see mahito sitting atop a small hammock as he had just received word from hanami that itadori had interfered with his plan.

"That damn itadori always ruining everything I want to kill him so bad."said mahito in frustration.

"Mahito I have also learned itadori and junpei have become friends."said hanami.Hearing this a cruel smile appeared on mahito's face as a idea popped into his head.

"Hey hanami junpei should be getting here any minute now right."said mahito."Yes he will don't tell me you plan to kill hi?"asked hanami.

"I don't just plan to kill him I plan to framr itadori for it and do a little something more I guess you will just have to wait and see."said mahito.

Junpei then arrived as he looked up at mahito as he had overheard the conversation.

"So your planning to kill me and frame itadori for it what would you gain from that and why would you teach me how to utilize curse energy then?"asked junpei.

"It's really simple junpei this whole time you were just a pawn I was using for my own amusement now you will finally serve a purpose in me breaking itadori mentally."replied mahito.

Mahito then appeared behind out of nowhere about to place is hand on his shoulder but mahito was suddenly kicked in the face by itadori as he was sent flying.

"Itadori how dud you find me I thought I was done for."said junpei."Don't worry about that right now I have to exercise mahito once and for all."replied itadori

"You always have to ruin my plans but let see you save all those innocent civilians once those curse spirits devour them alive."said mahito

Itadori then heard dozens of screams from above the ground as mahito and hanami disappeared.
