"Can you believe it man! We can actually cultivate like those guys from them novels" Alex said fanatically to Filly, Unlike Filly alex actually spends most of his time outside his social and school life reading light novels.

"Yeah Yeah, i get it man" Filly said as they were both walking towards central park, which has been transformed into a large stone platform, on the platform stood rows and rows of people.

At the centre of the platform stood several Goverment official with some sort of ancient pedestal hooked up to several screens, They all were clothed in Goverment Suits, and all had blackout sunglasses.

"All Right, ladies and gentlemen please stay in line and wait for your turn to have your cultivation talent assessed" one of the Officials said as the first in line walked up to the pedestal, This offical had plain brown hair combed and looked taken care of, alongside what seemed to be a shaven beard.

The Requirements for ones talent to be tested is to be below the age of 18, Since those under the age of 18 are most eligible for cultivation they are most prioritized. of course those above the age of 18 can also cultivate but they dont have that early advantage that teenagers have when they are in their growth spurt.

"All you have to do is put your hand on it and after some time we get results to see if you are eligible to cultivate" The Official said.

"Alright, Lets go!" the guy in front said as he put his hand on it and glowed dimly, suddenly the person behind the screen hooked up to the Pedestal showed Four Words.

[ Mortal Class, Low Grade ]

"Mortal Class, Low Grade talent. Congratulations Sir, please walk up further to my collegues who will further help you." The Official Said with a smile as the person in front almost began to skip in happiness to the other Government Officials who began to talk to him and handed him something.

After the Announcement was made by the world leaders, Further information was released, about the Union of Scattered Heavens Realm and new information about Cultivation Realms and Talent Classes.

Cultivation begins with the [ Body Tempering ] Realm which is divided into 6 Stages, { Skin Tempering > Muscle Strengthening > Bone Enhancing > Bone Marrow Cleansing > Blood Transformation > Dantian Opening }

After that comes the [ Spirit Warrior ] Realm, Not much information is released about it since most havent even reached the 1st level of [ Body Tempering ]

While Talent is divided into 5 Classes,

Mortal Class

Spirit Class

Heaven Class

Dao Class

God Class

And each class has 5 Subsequent Grades,

Low Grade

Middle Grade

High Grade

Peak Grade

Ultimate Grade

The Ultimate Grade represents the pinnacle of said Class.

A few hours later most of the people had no talent, with some having Mortal Class, Low Grade and a few having Mortal Class, Middle Grade and to the surprise of everyone some one had Mortal Class, Peak Grade Talent.

And said person was none other than Selma, Filly's love interest.

She was escorted by the Officials into a black car and they drove off..

Anyways, both Filly and Alex were up at the pedestal, Alex was in front of filly as he walked up nervously to the pedestal and put his hand on it.

The Screen glowed as it showed the results.

"Amazing! A Mortal Class,High Grade Talent! Congratulations Kid" The Official said as he patted the back of Alex.

"Me? High Grade? HAHAAHHAAHAHA!" Alex Laughed hysterically as he almost fell to the floor in pure excitement, the goverment official and filly both helped him up and the official guided him to the other officials behind them.

"Alright, Please god let me have at least some talent" Filly said as he put his hand on the pedestal and it began to glow brightly.

"N-No Fucking way!" The official behind the screen shouted, "What!? What's his talent!?" The Official next to the pedestal said.

"Spirit Class, Middle Grade! And he has a Affinity with the Element of Wind!" The Official blurted out loosing his cool.

Filly stumbled Back, "No way!" He said as he almost froze from shock.

Everyone, Including alex all turned around and looked at filly in shock.

The Official hurriedly pulled out his phone and took off his glasses showing his plain brown eyes, then he called some one, "Yes, Sir i know but please come here. Some one with Spirit Class, Middle Grade Talent. the highest ever till now has appeared and he is right in front of me" He said almost stumbling over his words in excitement.

Since he had found such a talent he could get a fat bonus.

"Yes, Alright sir i'll keep him safe" The Official said as he escorted filly to the other group of Officials, "Keep Him here for around 5-10 Minutes, then another black car will come and take him like the one that took that Selma Girl, Got it?" He said solemnly.

"Yeah"

"Sure"

"You got it boss" They all said as they sat filly down on one of the chairs, "Just Wait here ok? you can talk to your friend over there and within a few minutes a car wil be here to pick you up. Got it?" A Young woman said, She looked no older than 24 she had long blonde hair and a curvy body. being highlighted by her suit, She took off her glasses showing a pair of beautiful blue eyes.

"Also, take this" she said as she handed him a small folded paper, and then turned around while walking seductively, looking back she winked at Filly.

Filly opened the folded paper and saw a number being written, Smirking he put it in his pocket as he walked towards his best friend alex.

"No fair bro, i aint get no number for her or anyone" Alex said annoyed, "No Worries man, i have a feeling we will both be swimming in pussy soon" Filly said in anticipation..
