"I'm bored." Seth, who was fishing with Beerus, said out loud.

"and why are we even fishing when I can make fishes," seth said as he looked at Beerus.

"do you want to kill time or what?" Beerus asked

"I have been here for two months now, and all you guys do is this... Whis, let's have a bet," seth yelled toward Whis, who was looking at his staff.

"a bet? About what?" Whis asked.

"easy, we have a race. You know the planet earth. The first person there gets to have the loser do two things." seth said with a smile.

"... what are you up to," Whis asked with narrowed eyes.

"is the teacher scared to face the student? Now that I say it out loud, it does make sense. Even I wouldn't want to face me." Seth said with a mocking smile.

"I don't have anything to do, so I will play," Whis said as he couldn't take seth words. Whis take great pride in how fast he is. Now that it is being challenged. Of course, he would not take it sitting.

"I will have you know I'm the fastest thing in this universe," Whis said seriously as he walked to the starting line.

"we will see about that, all of these days. My speed had reached a new level," seth said with a smile.

"ready... get set... go," Beerus said as they both disappeared.

A second later, seth was on earth while he waited for Whis.

'to think he would agree.' Seth thought as he couldn't wait.

A few minutes later, Whis appeared before Seth with a deep frown.

"so a win," seth asked with a smile.

"I seem so," Whis said in a low voice.

"don't worry, Whis, I only won because I teleported. You still are the fast being in the universe." Seth said, seeing that Whis pride took a huge blow.

"is it those marks?" Whis asked as he looked at his staff, seeing marks all over the universe.

"yup, along with as I could sense them, I could get to them," seth said as he touched Whis shoulder as they appeared back on the planet they were on.

"ok, what do you want me to do," Whis asked.

"if passable, I want the super dragon balls. If you could get them for him and help me make a Whis, I will be grateful," seth said as he lowered his head slightly.

"super dragon balls?" Whis said as he looked at his staff.

"yes, there a 7 of them, a few in this universe and the other in the universe 6. if you do this, I will give you one of the most delicious foods I can make," seth said seriously.

Whis eyes brightened as he nodded. He then went off to help Seth with the super Dragon balls.

'Good, now I need to go get those other little dragon balls to make a Whis, as it would take Whis forever to find it even with his staff.' seth thought as he appeared on new Namek as both destroyed the first one Goku and Frieza fight.

seth then went on to look for a Namekain named moori, he was the leader of the Namekain, and also, he could create dragon balls.

Seth was not planning on killing him. He just wanted to get his hands on the dragon and absorb it. If he gets the power to grant wishes, then that would be best.

seth quickly found him and put him in a genjutsu, and started controlling to have everyone get him the dragon ball.

And if Whis was watching, Seth didn't care. Angels must remain neutral, siding with neither good nor evil. Of course, there is a chance that whis would suddenly pick the side of good, but seth is going to risk it.

Soon they brought seth all 7 of the dragon ball, seth quickly them summon the dragon, a lathe dragon with muscles slowly appeared as it lowered its head to the level of seth and the other.

Out of nowhere, time froze. Both the dragon and everyone else, they all froze.

'and I was scared that it might now work.' seth thought as he jumped on the head of the dragon and started absorbing it.

Slowly the golden light around the dragon got weaker, as seth rinnegan started turning golden. As the dragon got skinner, seth height started increasing.

Soon he was the same height as the dragon. With a thought, he went back to his normal size as he felt his new abilities.

'nice, whatever I want so long as it's within my strength I can make happen, but I can't affect myself with this power. Meaning I can't just give myself powers or just heal...' seth thought as he disappeared

'I wish for a phone that would show where all the super dragon ball is at.' seth thought as a phone appeared in his hand.

'I wish that the most Delicious food was before me.' seth thought as a table full of food appeared before him.

"Each wish takes up my energy, meaning I can't just keep doing this over and over," seth said softly as he eats the food.

"incredible, I might become hooked on this," seth said as he looked at the food.

'I wish to know where Whis is at with him, not knowing.' seth thought, but nothing happened.

'I wish to know where Beerus is at.' seth thought, and still, nothing happened.

'I wish that all 7 of the super dragon ball would appear before him.' seth thought as he suddenly lost a lot of his energy as seven large planet size balls appeared in front of him.

seth fell to one knee as he was almost empty just by that.

'it most is because that had to leave their universe to get here.' seth thought as he went on to touch all of them as he put the flying thunder God seal appeared on all 7 of them.

"you went ahead and got them your self," Whis asked with a slight frown, as he was beginning to think that Seth was playing with him.

"haha, I'm tired," seth said as he fell to the ground.

"Can you restore my energy," seth asked

Whis pointed the staff at Seth as he regains all of his lost energy.

"you can have that if you want," seth said as he pointed at the food.

whis completely forgot about seth as he walked to the food.

"What is this," Whis yelled as the too of his lungs, one couldn't tell if he was mad or happy.

"it's so amazing," he said as he started eating it all up.

Seth calmly took the dragon balls into his dimension and appeared before Beerus, who was fishing.

"what so soon," Beerus asked.

"Yeah, I left Whis. He was eating the best food in the world. So he might stay there for a while," seth said with a smile.

"where is mine," Beerus asked as he got up.

"here," seth said as he handed him a small box.

Beerus opened it but had to close his eyes as it was letting off a bright life.

Slowly he took a bit of it as his eyes widened.

"Incredible," Beerus said as he couldn't help but let out a teardrop.

'I should go get that guy. He knows everything next.' seth said as he disappeared
