A great step forward

News of a truce have spread throughout the lands! Nations joining hands through marriage. A time of peace and prosperity is upon us! The future is bright! It has been many generations since our people have been so hopeful for the future. The best time to be alive must be now. The ancestors must be smiling down upon us. What they fought for Is upon us after so long. The creed have truly changed the direction we walk. Our hope for the future is with the creed.

Other news to be excited about has been circulating as well. The nation bordering the southern sea has gathered a ship and crew together and set sail for the lands beyond. May we hear from them in the coming years! This period is truly extraordinary. Greatness is around every corner and we are turning down every street. The only worry I have at this time is about the reaction the nation to the east and south will have to the news of the alliance between Our nation of the north and the West.

Our people have come to know war so well that this new age feels like a short interlude for the world as we know it. The people feel that it will be short lived, and we must work towards making this newly found peace a core way of life among our people. Even when the day war returns, we must keep it away from the hearts of our cities. We shall take our wars to our enemies and do so with vigor.
