Chapter 43 - The Odyssey - Part 10

Diana was taken aback by the sight of her double, especially given her double's looks. But it was the words spoken by this other Diana that truly shocked her. "WAIT! You just mentioned that this world was Sadala? Home of the divine lineage of the mighty Saiyan race? Orach's home world?" Diana inquired, her voice laced with disbelief.

This other Diana merely smiled in response, her gentle eyes meeting Diana's wide-eyed gaze. "Yes, child! This is indeed Sadala, home of the divine lineage of the mighty Saiyan race. Your husband's homeland." Her voice carried a hint of sadness as she finished her statement.

"These people, full of life and promise, rose to defend all life. The Saiyans, despite being a warrior race that relished challenges, were a peaceful people. Their civilization brought peace to the realms. They led the charge on battlefields as the spearhead of the Alacrity Galactic Alliance's security force against any threats to peace. Their justice, so different from yours, represented the justice of the Saiyan race. They were feared, respected, and equally beloved by all races in the alliance. Their justice may have inspired fear, but it thwarted evil. Everyone in the alliance, and throughout many lower realms, had only one word to associate with the Saiyan race,"Hero"."

Her expression shifted to one of amusement, a chuckle escaping her lips as she recalled memories of Orach's early years. "However, I doubt Orach would appreciate being called that. That child has a peculiar dislike for that word."

With a fond smile, she continued, "Orach always preferred actions over words. He believed that actions defined a person, not titles or labels. He is a true Saiyan at heart - a warrior who cherishes peace but is prepared to fight for it. He understands that sometimes, one must confront evil to protect those who cannot protect themselves. That is the justice he believes in. That is the justice he stands for."

As Diana absorbed the words of her double, a torrent of emotions overwhelmed her. There was a sense of pride, a swelling of the heart, at the thought of her relation with such a noble and powerful race. She also felt fear, a nervous feeling in her stomach from the huge responsibilities that came with her new power. But more than anything, there was a surge of determination, a fierce resolve ignited within her. She was ready to train, to harness her God Ki, and to rise as a force that could rival even the gods themselves.

Caught in the whirlwind of revelations, Diana managed to voice her flurry of questions. "Who are you?" she asked, her voice echoing in the surreal space that held them. "Why do you bear my appearance? Why are you within me? And why reveal all of this now?"

Her double smiled, a gentle, soothing expression that was almost motherly. "My, my, that's quite a set of questions, child," she responded, her voice soft yet resonant. "But before we delve into that, tell me this - aren't you curious as to why I brought you here, of all places on this beautiful planet?" She paused, allowing Diana to ponder over her question.

Surprised by the unexpected question, Diana looked at the large imposing building behind her. She noticed the symbol adorning the structure, a logo that she recognized from Orach's armor. A realization dawned upon her. "Is this... the headquarters of the Strategic Division?" she guessed, her eyes returning to meet the double's.

The other Diana's smile broadened as she nodded in affirmation. "Yes, child," she confirmed, her voice filled with a sense of warmth and familiarity. "This place was Orach's and your mother-in-law's sanctuary, their home away from home, their workplace, a place that holds immense significance to them. I wanted to show you a glimpse of Orach's world, the places that hold a special place in his heart."

The other Diana, the Goddess, paused, her gaze gently cradling Diana's. Her eyes shimmered with an otherworldly glow, emanating a warmth that was both comforting and awe inspiring. "I wish I could show you more," she began, her voice a gentle whisper that danced around the edges of Diana's consciousness, "but I fear your companion may not possess the power to maintain this link for much longer. There's so much I want to share with you, but let me answer your questions first."

"Firstly, I am a Goddess, specifically, the one whom your mother-in-law, Empress Gula, reveres. I exist in a realm beyond your comprehension, a realm that transcends the boundaries of your reality," she explained, her words painting an image of a world far removed from Diana's own.

"Secondly," she continued, her gaze never leaving Diana's, "I chose this form to provide you a glimpse into your own potential, a peek into what you can become once you tap into your bond with Orach and train to harness your full potential. Like Orach, you will be able to transform into this form, which I call Super Saiyan Rosé. Unlike Orach's pure Saiyan God Ki, this form will be slightly inferior, as it is based on your lower realm's divinity. However, this form will still elevate you to the status of a true God and provide you with the strength to stand shoulder to shoulder with Orach in his God transformations."

"Lastly," she added, her words bearing the weight of centuries of wisdom and knowledge, "I am here due to a promise made to Orach's mother and because I heard your heartfelt desire. Your yearning to stand by Orach's side, on equal grounds, resonated with me, echoing through the cosmos and reaching my ears. Hence, I descended into your mindscape to show you Orach's world, its rich culture, its heritage, and to guide you. I won't always be here, so don't worry. But you will have a cute Oozaru protector. That, however, is the manifestation of your God Ki, so as long as you don't tap into it, it won't show. However, if an external force attempts to harm you, it will take on the Great Oozaru form and obliterate that force."

"This is for now just a one-time occurrence to help you get started. Right now, you aren't ready to tap into this power since you needed external help getting here," she said, pointing to the petrified Hera. "Child, I'll allow you to feel the Rosé form for a moment. In that moment, I want you to remember the feeling, capture it in your memory and use it as a guide for when you train to attain this form on your own," she advised.

Diana nodded, her mind focused on the Goddess's words. She realized that this Goddess really wanted to guide her. Soon, the other Diana extended her slender right hand and snapped her fingers. She felt a pulsating noise akin to a heartbeat and was soon surrounded by a vibrant pink aura. Her hair and bangs started to lift, their color fluctuating between black, blackberry, cardinal pink, and finally, a vibrant pink. She closed her eyes and felt her body and energy change as she transformed into the Super Saiyan Rosé form. She felt refreshed, leaner, stronger, and full of unprecedented power. However, just when she was getting used to this new sensation, she heard a snap, and her transformation wore off.

Despite her slight irritation at the abrupt end to her transformation, Diana understood that the Goddess had her reasons. As if reading her thoughts, the Goddess smiled and said, "Any more than this and your body wouldn't have been able to take it. Remember child, this is a God transformation from the higher realms. You need to train your base power level and body first. Then aim to become a Pseudo Super Saiyan Rosé. That's the form where your hair won't show much change, but your power would increase by a few factors. There are levels above the Pseudo Rosé but, remember don't rush. Your ultimate form at least for now is the vibrant pink Rosé form. In that form, you would surpass your reality. You would become equally as powerful as the one who created your reality, who goes by the name, "The Presence". He is like me and comes from the God's realm. So, trust me the moment you achieve Rosé he will feel it. So, make sure the first time you transform into the full Rosé form, your husband, Orach is right by your side. With him present, "The Presence" won't show any hostility since not only does Orach in his Super Saiyan God Blue form far surpass "The Presence" but, both my lord husband and one of my precious sons are watching over him."

Diana and Hera were amazed by what they had just learned. The name, "The Presence", was now stuck in their minds as the one who supposedly created their reality. The huge news that Orach had a transformation so strong it could surpass their world's creator was hard to swallow. It made them feel a mix of wonder and fear.

On top of that, the knowledge that two powerful beings were watching over Orach gave them a chill.

Hera, who had personally experienced the resounding trumpet sound, was now ensnared in the clutches of an instinctual fear. The memory of the strong force that pushed her back when she tried to explore Orach was, looking back, just a sign of one of the two beings. She realized she had been made almost powerless by the strong presence of this Goddess, showing clearly how much stronger the divine being was. Hera remembered the loud, elephant-like sound she heard before, and understood that it was the power of this Goddess's son she had met when she was exploring Orach.

When the Goddess talked about her husband, she showed a lot of respect. This showed how powerful he was, and he also protected Orach. Hera felt scared thinking about how strong the Goddess's husband was. Her heart beat fast and she was nervous thinking about what could happen if she made him angry.

She quietly thanked her wisdom for not being hostile to Orach. She knew clearly now that if she had been aggressive, it could have led to something far more scary than death.

These revelations left Hera grappling with a deep-seated fear and respect for these two entities whose power dwarfed her own. It was a humbling reminder of her own vulnerability and the vast hierarchy of divine power that existed in the universe.

The mention of the 'God's Realm', left Diana and Hera even more astonished. Diana had previously heard about this realm from Orach, but she had assumed it was similar to Mount Olympus. However, her interaction with the Goddess revealed that her assumptions were far from the truth, particularly after learning that two entities could humble the creator of their reality before Orach.
