Back on the battlefield, Ben 1000 declared, "All of the Ben and Gwen, you don't deserve the Omnitrix. Give it to me, and I'll leave you alone." Seeing Ben, Ben 23, Ultimate Ben, and Gwen 900 revert back from Alien X.

"I don't know what you're planning, but we'll never lose hope!" Ben shouted. "Everyone, gather together. Follow my command; I have a plan in mind. If it succeeds, we'll be able to defeat him," He rallied everyone, with Gwen and Kevin joining the battlefield, gearing up for the fifth and final round.

Young Ben transformed into Way Big, and Ultimate Ben tapped into the power of Ultimate Way Big. Together, they successfully held Ben 1000 in his Alien X form.

"Good," Ben nodded, then he addressed Ben 10000, "Use the combination of Toepick and Gutrot—the Toxic Nightmare. Spread the gas to create a nightmare for Ben 1000," Ben 10000 promptly followed the command.

With the fear gas inducing the Toxic Nightmare, Ben 1000 was now held captive for more than 20 seconds—a crucial window.

"Don't waste time. Ben 23 and Gwen 900, transform into Whampire and drain his energy. Weaken him so he can't distinguish between reality and the dream," Ben instructed Ben 23 and Gwen 900.

"Okay, Ben," Gwen 900 and Ben 23 promptly transformed into Whampire, sinking their teeth into Ben 1000's shoulders in his Alien X form.

With the coordinated efforts of the team, they successfully held Ben 1000 captive. Ben 900 and Gwen, using Anodite powers, immobilized him, while Kevin restrained him with both hands, preventing his teleportation.

Young Ben and Ultimate Ben, with intermittent bursts of Cosmic rays, disabled potential escape routes. The nightmarish gas from Toxic Nightmare added confusion to Ben 1000's state of mind, making it harder for him to comprehend the situation.

Although Ben 1000 wasn't affected by the Toxic Nightmare due to his experiences in the Plague Universe, encountering various demons, he was still in a state of confusion. The bites from Whampire, courtesy of Ben 23 and Gwen 900, further weakened him, intensifying his bewilderment.

"Now it's our turn, Gwen 10. Transform into Pesky Dust, and together, let's release the Sleepy Dust to put him to sleep," Ben commanded. Gwen 10 nodded, and both transformed into Pesky Dust.

Hovering above Ben 1000, they released the sleep-inducing pollen, finally causing him to fall into a deep slumber.

Despite the apparent victory, Ben cautioned against celebrating prematurely. "Don't be happy. When he wakes up, he'll resume the fight. We need to focus on something more important now," he advised, reminding everyone that Ben 1000 was merely sleeping, and the true victory was yet to be achieved.

Curious, the team inquired, "What do we need to do now?"

"We need to find out why he wants our Omnitrixes and the reason behind his battles with the Celestialsapiens. His dreams will reveal everything," Ben explained. Utilizing their Oneirokinesis abilities, he and Gwen 10 delved into Ben 1000's dream.

In the dream, demons, zombies, and undead lay defeated everywhere. In Ben 1000's hands was Gwen's lifeless body, and he was crying for her.

As they observed, Ben attempted to use Alien X to bring her back, but his actions were neutralized and reversed by the other Celestialsapiens. The true motives and struggles of Ben 1000 were becoming clearer.

In Ben 1000's dream, his sole aspiration was to become stronger than all the Celestialsapiens and bring Gwen back. Witnessing the poignant scene, Gwen 10 couldn't hold back her tears.

"He has such a sad life," she remarked, empathizing with Ben 1000.

"Yes, he just wants to bring back Gwen, but it must involve dangerous things, which is why the Celestialsapiens are stopping him," Ben acknowledged, sharing his understanding.

"But even if we change his dreams for the better, it won't alter reality," Gwen pointed out. Despite their efforts to reshape his dreams, the harsh reality remained.

"I don't know," Ben admitted, feeling uncertain about the next steps.

Gwen 10 presented an option and expressed her wish, "I have a plan. Why don't I try to calm him down since he only desires Gwen. I'll go with him, and maybe, after leaving with me, he can adjust, and his dreams will become happier." This option reflects Gwen 10's wish to address the situation.

Having lost her Ben 10 and witnessing Ben 1000 endure a similar pain, Gwen's intention is to alleviate each other's suffering.

"Give it a try," Ben nodded in agreement. Soon, they realized they were exiting the dream reality, understanding that it occurred because Ben 1000 was waking up—his strength surpassing them all.

Upon awakening, Ben 1000 realized his defeat. Unable to take over their watch and burdened by years of pent-up anger and emotion, he began to cry. "Since I can't bring her back, what's the point of me being alive? Gwen, I want to come towards you," Ben 1000 shouted, activating the Omnitrix's Self-Destruction Mode.

"What have you done?" echoed the collective outcry as everyone witnessed Ben 1000's intent to annihilate the universe along with himself.

Attempting to reassure them, Ben 1000 explained, "Don't worry; I won't harm any of you. I'm only going to destroy myself and my universe. I don't want you all to experience the same pain I've endured."

Unable to stand by, Gwen 10 embraced him, pleading, "Stop, Ben. Don't do it. I've witnessed your pain, and I understand it because I feel the same. You don't have to resort to suicide. I'll help you release your pain."

Although this reassurance might not change Ben 1000's course, upon hearing that Gwen 10 shared his pain, he realized her Ben 10 had also died.

"Gwen, it's too late. Once the Destruction is activated, it won't stop. It involves the combination of five Omnitrix, so attempting to halt it would be futile," Ben 1000 explained.

"No, it was never too late to stop the destruction," Ben declared confidently. Transforming into Jury Rigg, he swiftly took out the Ben 1000 Omnitrix, which had been combined from five individual Omnitrix devices.

"Now, leave everything to me," Ben asserted as he commenced dismantling the Omnitrix, swiftly revealing the five individual Omnitrix devices in place of the unified one.

"Grey Matter mode activated," Ben declared as he transformed into the Galvan species. Ben's actions amazed everyone, and while they were eager to help, they had confidence that Ben would easily resolve the problem.

In his Grey Matter form, Ben first diffused the self-destruction of Ben 1000's Omnitrix, commenting, "One down, four to go," before returning it to Ben 1000.

He then addressed the Power Watch, preventing its self-destruction and tossing it back to Ben 1000. "Since it was Mad Ben's watch, consider it your trophy for victory. Use it as you like," Ben remarked as he proceeded to diffuse the Nemitrix.

Efficiently stopping the self-destruction of the Nemitrix, he swiftly moved on to the Bad Ben's Omnitrix. The onlookers marveled at Ben's speed.

"It's solved now, the last one," Ben declared, tossing back the Bad Ben's Omnitrix toward Ben 1000.

"Time is running out, and I can't stop the destruction," Ben realized, noticing the imminent threat as he attempted to resolve the last Omnitrix belonging to Albedo.

"Ben, just give it to me. I've made my choice, so I have to accept it," Ben 1000 urged, prepared to face his fate.

"No, since I was born a hero, I never run away from any problem," Ben declared, distancing himself nearly 100 meters from them, persistently trying to prevent the impending destruction.

A doomsday device set to obliterate the entire universe. Panic fear swept through the heroes.

Everyone held their breath, uncertain of what would unfold. With courage and belief, Ben managed to minimize the destruction force within 1 meter, but the time had run out.

"Goodbye, everyone, take care, and live your life happily. Don't cry for me. I am very happy to see you all together, it was good to work with you all together," Ben shouted, preparing for the impending doom.

"No, Ben!" echoed the desperate cries from his family and friends, tears streaming down their faces, they couldn't bring themselves to bid farewell. In a heart-wrenching moment, Ben absorbed all the destructive force upon himself.

A blinding light erupted, and the blast's force was immense. While it may have been confined to a 1-meter radius, its destructive power scattered Omnitrix parts across the entire Omnitrix Multiverse.

Ben had sacrificed himself to avert the universe's destruction, a testament to his selfless love for his own universe and all the multiverses he had explored. His act of sacrificing himself for another's mistake left everyone speechless.

"He's gone," Gwen sobbed, triggering a chain of tears from Ben's parents, Grandpa Max, Grandma Verdona, Kai Green, Julie Yamamoto, Elena Valadis, and Ester. Condolences poured in for Ben's family.

Feeling responsible, Ben 1000 began to curse himself, "It all happened because of me. I couldn't save one life, and now another life is gone. I don't have the right to live."

"No, Ben 1000, don't curse yourself. Your life was also given by Ben. If you end it, all of Ben's sacrifices will be in vain," Gwen 10 tried to comfort him, emphasizing the value of his life.

"Grandpa Max, it's okay. Ben once again proved he was the savior of the universe. He didn't hesitate to sacrifice himself," Ben 10000 consoled Grandpa Max.

"Look, he chose his own happiness, and he was even happy in his last moments," Gwen 900 tried to bring comfort to Grandma Verdona.

"It's okay, Gwen. This is how life goes, and he even told all of us not to cry for him," Ben 23 consoled Gwen, offering his support.

"We can't stop those destined to go," Ultimate Ben expressed his condolences to Ben's parents.

"Now, we need to live our lives happily, knowing he saved all of us," Ben 900 explained to Kai Green, Julie Yamamoto, Elena Valadis, and Ester.

Kevin and Gwen's wedding day became a funeral day for Ben, turning their happiest moment into the saddest of their lives.

A grand tribute was arranged for our greatest hero, Ben. All over the Omnitrix Multiverse people came together. Plumbers, different Ben, different Gwen, and many Granda Max also some together to pay tribute to Ben's heroism and his ultimate sacrifice.

The gathering was hushed, a somber air enveloping the room. Grandpa Max stood at the podium, his weathered hands clutching a folded piece of paper. His eyes, filled with a mixture of sorrow and pride, scanned the faces of those assembled.
