Chapter 46: Chariot Requiem
~Third POV~
Mistral is a large city built on two mountains within the Kingdom of Mistral.
Various buildings cover the mountains from the summits to the foothills.
Haven Academy lies at the top of the city spanning across the peaks of both mountains, which themselves are part of a wider mountain range. Stone stairways act as the main routes in the city.
Lil' Miss Malachite and her criminal organization are also stationed in Mistral's lower levels. She usually resides in her bar and gives information to people who pay her.
The Mistral Trading Company, or MTC, is a mining company that focuses primarily on the extraction and refinery of Dust.
It was primarily active in Vacuo following the Great War but abandoned most of its stations after the kingdom's resources were expended.
Mistral is divided into multiple levels; the higher one goes, the nicer it gets.
A massive platform in the middle of the city acts as an elevator to descend and ascend through Mistral. The city is full of various buildings and vendors selling merchandise legally and illegally.
Haven Academy rests at the top of the tallest point.
The lower levels of the city however are shown to be worse than the upper levels and full of criminals.
Many criminals like Lil' Miss Malachite have buildings that they use as their base of operations like bars and most of the Huntsmen that weren't working for the Kingdom's council were also stationed here until they were all killed.
Haven Academy was founded by the King of Vale. It serves to train future Huntsmen and Huntresses and secretly housed the Relic of Knowledge which was only accessed by the Spring Maiden.
In the middle level of the city of Mistral is where Eis Schnee wearing a disguise with a younger Raven were inside a building holding their tournament registration for Eis Schnee.
The both of them quickly traveled towards the city of Mistral at a fast pace with Eis Stand Dark Mirage to create a ride during the day till they finally reached the city of Mistral with all of its problems.
Eis used his private account to ensure to be entered under a different name as Joseph Joestar for the fight.
As soon as they get out the both of them were brought to the attention of two people eyeing them as easy prey.
But a sharp glare and a menacing look from Eis's eyes was enough for them to back off.
But he was no fool as he used Killer Queen to touch them with only his hand as he touched all of them to ensure that if they attack, they will receive a nasty surprise.
Once they reach inside a building of Mistral Hotel Eis paid for the payment for two separate rooms as Raven accepted it.
As soon as they reach their rooms Eis slams down on the bed sighing out a breath of relief…
~Eis POV (14 years old) ~
*Sigh*
Man, it felt like forever since I came to a building, I don't know why but it feels like months even if it was only a few days ago.
Whatever man.
Observing the view of the city middle level of Mistral is certainly different but it's where it's holding the tournament in a few days from now according to the attendance.
Smirking on the mirror in the room I smiled as I say confidently to myself, "Yeah… the sooner I get Requiem the better than I can get to be god mode sooner."
Without any hesitation I go over to the challenge function of my system as I click on [Silver Chariot] as I see three slots, I need to fight against Polarneff in his ultimate state.
Before going into this fight, I pick the three stands for the job.
Silver Charior], Killer Queen, and The World.
These Stands alone are enough to kill an ultimate human version of Polarneff with that I pressed the button as I'm now in a different world in a desert area as I ready my Silver Chariot Ultimate at its max power.
Observing the area, I now see the French man himself.
The badass Polarneff wearing an eyepatch with what I assume to be his Silver Chariot Ultimate on the scene.
*Menacing*
And his aura is even more frighting as I brought out Ea increasing the firing power of its cannon mode while supplying it with Hamon and use that energy of the sunlight into an attack.

However, he already rushed to my position luckily I use my own version to block the attack, but I have to admit…
At the pace they were going it was going to be very fast as I couldn't match up to their strikes of each other and the way they were going was just as fast as the speed of light or rather even faster than that!
With all of that happening it created shockwaves that made it harder for me to reach the stand user as he stands behind his stand!
God damn it Polarneff!

Gritting my teeth in anger I knew for sure that this won't be enough to deal any real damage as both of our stands are this strong, so this is a full powered Stand at its best….
This is frustrating…
But smirking at the scene I use my Spin on my Ea as it began to drill around itself increasing its destructive force as Killer Queen was summoned and used its Explosive Bubbles in the area as they were all going towards the Stand.
Polarneff Silver Chariot Ultimate was busy being distracted by my own version as my own was making sure it doesn't move from its place.
But when I remove my Stand Killer Queen, I use my The World to freeze time to keep my pace going further to him while holding one of the bubbles and started to rotate it like Naruto rasengan.
Adding that with my Hamon to all my bubbles I can control them of where they go.
When time resume, I was able to manipulate the bubbles as I maneuvered them to the user as I was moving along with them.
*Brr*
That was when I saw my Ea was fully charged of the attack readily positioning it on my aim towards Polarneff position as I grin to this.
But his stand took its time to finally get in between me and its user as it began to remove its armor to get faster but that was when I used the Explosive Bubbles from Killer Queen to ignite the bombs to provide me cover.

As the explosions made some damage to Silver Chariot Ultimate I used my The World time stop in those few seconds as I quickly dash with everything I got as I use the remaining seconds left for the The World to attack with everything it has before time runs out.

When my time was up, I was already at close range with my Ea as I unleash a full power Hamon powered weapon releasing a large beam attack melting down Polarneff to the bone as I see him die from the attack.
When he finally died, I felt a wave of relief as I finished him off for good as I heard some notifications from the system of my win and the arrow in my inventory acting up.

Seeing this I was so surprised!
Well then, I guess these challenges are worth something after all…
If I defeat them my Semblance would react accordingly as I did defeat them, and I can have a spare of Stands using my Aura instead that is good to know.
But quickly bringing out the Stand Arrow and Silver Chariot out here I saw it and the arrow acted accordingly as I smile at this, "Alright this has been the last 24 years planning but now it's time to get a Requiem Stand!"
Stabbing into my Stand I see Silver Chariot melt and began shining in a bright light as I see it change into its Requiem form and I heard a notification from the system…
[Notice: Silver Chariot has entered the Requiem State!]

When the lights finally die out I finally see my Stand of [Chariot Requiem].
Chariot Requiem is a humanoid Stand of light build and average height.
Its most striking feature is that it is completely shrouded in shadows, appearing entirely black, it wears a musketeer hat, one side folded over its top, a coat over which [Chariot Requiem] sports large rings serving as shoulder pads, a stylized belt, and a trouser decorated with braces around the ankles.
With this I'm only a step closer to following my way to become a God now I just need to find the 36 sinner souls next.
