91. Stormy Monday Part I ~Nemesis~

Josuke and Gumball walk around town.

"I can't believe that Mr. Reaper's location is currently unknown because someone stole the Ark of the Covenant. Probably doing some secret spy stuff," smiled Josuke.

Gumball sighed as he opened the door to the game store.

"Come on, Josuke," sighed Gumball. "It's our day-off and all you could think about is your alternate self who you unrequitedly see as your father figure."

"Is not," said Josuke.

"Is too," said Gumball.

Gumball takes out Guardians of Sunshine from the shelf and walked up to Larry.

"I don't think we should just take all of this lightly and act like everything would be okay. Every day is a constant verge of life and death for us," said Josuke.

"Josuke..." said Gumball, acting annoyed. "...To understand what 'danger' is, you have to live constantly in danger."

"Wait... Did you live constantly in danger, Gumball?" smiled Josuke.

"Psh... I mean!" laughed Gumball. "Y'know! I have a girlfriend... A dysfunctional family that constantly gets into trouble and wacky adventures... An archnemesis..."

"Pfft!!!" said Josuke, spitting spit out of shock. "You have an archnemesis!? Bruh..."

"Yep..." said Gumball, as he breathed on his claws and wiped them clean. "No biggie..."

"I want an archnemesis!" smiled Josuke.

"I don't think you're ready to meet one. Your nemesis needs to have a certain form of hatred for you and wants to 'completely' destroy you in every way... or vice versa..." said Gumball. "Or both ways..."

"Whoa! Why would my archnemesis hate me?" asked Josuke.

"Pfft! What if turns out you're not the true ruler of these worlds?" laughed Gumball.

"Hahahahahahahahahaha!" laughed the both of them.

"Why does your nemesis hate you?" asked Gumball.

Gumball then looks up, thinks for a second, and says, "Hm..."

Flashback time!!!

Darwin kicks Rob down a manhole.

Rob is teleported to the Void as he is viewed as a mistake by the Universe and Gumball and Darwin abandons him.

Rob is holding a briefcase he thinks is filled with money as it then explodes after his fight against Gumball.

Rob was forced to work in Awesome Store for three months after sparing Gumball's life, which he considers his greatest mistake.

Rob is erased by The Author along with everyone in their Universe because no one believed in him, especially not Gumball.

Now...

"Nope! I still have no idea," smiled Gumball.

"Oh, well!" laughed Josuke. "Probably something you did that you weren't aware of!"

"Nah! I'm a good person!" smiled Gumball. "Weird that everyone randomly came back by some unknown force."

A cloaked man walked into the store as well. "Yes... I'd like to have... Defenders of the Moonlight."

Gumball gasps.

"Why? What's wrong?" asked Josuke.

"That is the trashiest game in the world! Only one person in the world would have such trashy taste!" yelled Gumball.

"CDawgVA?" asked Josuke.

"No! Close... But no," said Gumball. "You..." he squinted his eyes. "Hello... Rob."

Rob removes his cloak. "Hello, Gumball. It seems that Mr. Reaper isn't here to protect you now. Wait... Why the hell did I just say that?"

"What? What did you do to Mr. Reaper!?" asked Josuke, as Prince emerged from his body. "And why didn't I sense you, you unfriendly person?!"

"We've gotta work on your insults, kid," said Gumball, shaking his head.

"PRINCE!!!"

"WEIRD LIKE U.N. ME!!!"

"STORMY MONDAY!!!"

Nothing happens to Rob. Rob sneers.

"Wh-?" asked Josuke. "PRINCE!!!"

The store kept still.

"Uh..." whimpered Gumball. "WEIRD LIKE U.N. ME!!!"

Still... Nothing happens...

Reality begins to glitch as the two begin to back away. Things teleport around and objects began to randomize. Chairs became tables. Tables became chairs. Shelves become trees. Video Game Characters began leaking out from their respective games and entered their reality.

"J-Josuke...?" asked Gumball. "I think he's the same type of Stand as of ours..."

"No... If anything... I am the opposite... You both fix reality... while I... destroy it!" yelled Rob.

"Secret technique?" asked Gumball.

"Secret technique," said Josuke.

Both of them run away as Rob followed after. Rob glitches everything around him as the both of them ran away from Rob. People walking by switch places. People become naked. People and pets switch places. Adults become babies and babies become adults. Buildings began shifting like Rubik's Cubes.

The two of them run out of fear as Rob teleports in front of them twice.

"What's wrong, Gumball!? You're cowering in fear from me!? All I wanted was to be returned with care and love for my care and love for everyone! I wanted to be special! And here you are, the world's biggest jerk in the whole Universe being the main protagonist of his own show!" yelled Rob, clawing his way toward the pair. "You abandoned me! You saw that I had no purpose! I remember your eyes and that disgusting shrug of yours!"

Before...

Rob waves for Gumball to be freed from the Void. Gumball glances at Rob, shrugs, and turns back to talk to everyone.

Now...

"Now that's a good arch-nemesis!" smiled Josuke.

"I will destroy you... AND EVERYONE YOU'VE LOVED!!!" yelled Rob.

"I didn't do anything wrong!" yelled Gumball.

"You have 240 individual cases in Elmore alone!" yelled Rob. "All of them were paid off by your maternal grandparents!"

"Aw!" smiled Gumball. "Grandma and Grandpa do care about us!"

"SHUT UP!!!" yelled Rob, as he blasted glitch smoke toward the pair. "I WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING YOU ARE!!!"

Josuke brought out Prince as Prince gave an ORA Rush to Rob, but Prince is immediately disabled by Rob.

Josuke gasps.

"Oh, dear God!" he yelled.

"I WILL KILL ALL OF YOU!!!" yelled Rob as he teleported in front of them and prepared his Stand, Stormy Monday.

"STORMY MONDAY!!!" yelled Rob.

"UBASHORA!!!" yelled Rob, blasting his fists toward Gumball.

"UWA UWA UWA UWA UWA!!!" screamed Weird Like U.N. Me, punching Rob's Stand over and over again to save its User. "UWAKASHA!!!"

*pow pow pow pow*

Gumball is then punched in the face as he fell to the ground, knocked out.

Josuke looks around to try and find a way out. He looks around as his eyes scrambled to find an opening.

Josuke woges and randomly extended his elongated tongue and pierces Rob's neck.

"AH!!!" yelled Rob, as he pulled Josuke's tongue out of his neck. His neck bleeds as Stormy Monday grabs his tongue and throws him far away.

Josuke picks himself up and charges toward Rob. His Stand randomly glitches back as Prince offers a powerful ORA.

"ORA!!!"

*POW*

"ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA-!!!"

"UBA!!!"

Stormy Monday flicks Josuke away like a feather, striking him away with a backhand slap.

Josuke picks himself up and charges once more. Stormy Monday headbutts Josuke as he is slammed to the ground

"Your Stand's pretty darned durable," said Rob. "No matter..."

Josuke growls in his woged form and crawls on all fours. His shoulders hunch as his face bows down. He snarls, showing his fangs.

He pounces at Rob as Stormy Monday kicks him down. Prince blocks the punch as Josuke is thrown aback.

Josuke once more picks himself up.

"I heard that Earth Grimm and Prince Vamps can heal faster than normal people," said Rob. "I didn't think that they'd be this hard to kill."

Josuke hisses as his eyes turn pure blue. The joints of his wings tick.

*tik tik tik tik tik tik tik tik tik tik*

"This is why the Boss thinks that having you for a leader... is dangerous... You are an animal out of control," said Rob.

Josuke barks and roars.

"Animals, Humans... all the same," said Rob. "You should all be controlled by your true ruler... By the Monster Emperor."

Josuke roars and goes in for the kill as Stormy Monday blasts its fist towards Josuke's face.

"Too slow, Josuke Higashikata," said Rob, as Josuke's ribs are broken by one punch. "I was told to bring you in alive..."

Josuke breathes heavily, panting to try and stand up.

"You have no idea how it feels like to be abandoned by the rest of the world..."

"Actually..." said Josuke, in a deeper-toned voice. "I do... *gasp*... I know what it feels like... to be ignored... to be unloved... I know what it is like... to be on top of the world. I'm a king... whose subjects had forgotten about. I'm the Aswang Prince... And I will always be... alone... Because of my Stand..."

"Nice... I almost wanted to spare you," said Rob. "But I'm meant to bring you to a place where we can kill the seven of you."

"Wait..." said Josuke, as his eyes widened. "'The seven of us?'"

"Yeah..." said Rob.

"What... *gasp*... Did you do... *gasp*... To my friends?" asked Josuke, with a death stare.

Rob sneered. "Why don't you find out?"

"Whatever the heck you think you're doing..." said Josuke. "... it's wrong and you should know that."

"Oh, I do," said Rob.

"So, that's it?" asked Josuke. "You're evil and that's what gets you on?"

"Yes," said Rob. "I'm meant to be the bad guy so that's what I am!"

Josuke notices that his Stand is glitching and fading away.

"Huh..." said Josuke.

"What!?" asked Rob. "What are you looking at!?"

"Ora."

Prince lightly taps Stormy Monday's shoulder from behind as Rob vomits blood from the "impact."

"Dude!" yelled Rob, as he coughed blood. "Don't sneak up on me from behind! Uncool tactic!"

Prince then retreats to Josuke's body.

"Your durability earlier was way higher..." said Josuke. "Now... Your Stand is so weak that it's fading away."

Rob's eyes widen.

"You have a weakness, don't you?" said Josuke. "I will exploit the weakness of yours... Dr. Wrecker."

Rob smiles. "So... you've heard of me."

"Didn't think Gumball's nemesis was the glitchy Stand-User I've heard of," said Josuke.

"Game... on..." smiled Rob.
