Third stand of The Gun
"Seven down... 17 more to go" Gensui muttered staring at the dissipating Giant Chameleon.
With [Lance] in one hand and a [Short Sword] in another Gensui ran towards the curses who at this point had stopped attacking in waves and started walking to Gensui all at once.

"Why is one missing....?"
"Shit-"
Gensui quickly ran towards his friends who were still stuck to the ground and immediately stepped near them wanting to create a [Simple Domain] near them but right before he could-
*TSHING*
Gensui's [Lance] was cut in half, destroying it for good as the RPG still inside it exploded blowing Gensui and the curse along with the others away.
"Motherfuc- These god damned Moles!" Gensui yelled as he swung his arm to clear away the dust created revealing all of his friends lying far away from their previous pile along with a Mole with Tremedously large eyes and razor-sharp blades for claws, although it possessed only one Blade in both hands each.
Gensui stared at the Curse as it was about to skewer Maki with one of its arm and Toge with another.
Gensui immediately ran towards it with his remaining [Short Sword] in hand, the mole as if predicting this turned around to face Gensui's blade but soon it turned around a Sword was immediately stabbed into its stomach-
The Curse as if dumbfounded looked at the shallow stab that was afflicted on it as it realized that Gensui had thrown his sword instead of using it directly but for it to continue attacking it was too late as Gensui had already reached the Curse and grabbed onto the sword, thrusting it In- and Upwards, splitting the Curse's head in half.
Gensui right on timing grabbed onto both Maki and Toge and jumped up as a large insect slammed onto the rock in front of them with two more similar insects following behind it about to attack Mei Mei and Panda.
"Giant Cicadas..." Gensui muttered.
["STOP"] Toge yelled out Putting the Three Cicadas to a stop moving, taking this chance Gensui grabbed onto Maki's nagitana and threw it at the First curse who was out of his range and pinned it to the ground.
*Thud* *Thud*
Keeping the two on the ground Gensui looked back at the remaining two Cicadas who were not moving due to Toge's Cursed Technique letting Gensui catch his breath slightly as he created a Grenade launcher XM25 in one hand and an M16 in his other.
*BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ*x3
The three started creating loud noises that normal Cicadas create as a means to annoy Gensui however Gensui seeming unaffected by this used his [Simple Domain] engraved with A Binding Vow and decimated the Two and later the Third one as well.
Usually when opening a Simple Domain that one has learned from looking at others is often most of the times used with the Sword Drawing stance and thus becomes a great anchor for the technique but Gensui because of the way he has used his weapons cannot use the standard Sword drawing stance to open his Simple Domain and hence has to go through each and every necessary calculations required along with his binding vow which in some way makes it easier for Gensui but difficult too as a result of a lack of practice of both Simple Domain and Binding vows along with not having been put in a stressful situation such as this since many years Gensui started facing a certain 'feeling' that he hadn't felt in a long time.
'Lethargic... tired... nauseous.... painful...'
[20% Cursed Energy Remaining]
Gensui kneeled down and clutched his head as Blood started to come out from both of his ears he with wide eyes kept on looking down to the ground and felt a rumbling.
[Maximum Cursed Energy Output: Off]
Looking up he could see the remaining Curses marching towards him and saw that the Large Cursed Golem had also started walking slowly, with each step it took rumbled the Ground.
"GENSUI!" He could barely hear a soft cry from behind him but his ears at this point had sustained too much damage to be able to make out words.
*Drop* *Drop* *Drop* *Drop*
'My balance has gone to crap-' Gensui thought as he layed down on his side.
'Why can't I raise my head.... even though I trained to combat this with Yuki Sensei too?'
"GENSUI CAN YOU HEAR ME?"
'Again..... the same person screams.... is it Toge? Yeah, it probably is only his voice that can resist the Giant so easily, he even said [Stop] for me back then.... even though I saw him vomit blood quickly after Hahaha...'
'Have I gone soft then? My body is being too much of a child to move right now...'
"I guess this is my death" Gensui muttered with a slight smile.
*SLAP*
"GAH" Gensui felt an oddly stinging slap on his back.
'That's rather strange for a Curse to use such a retarded attack.....' Gensui thought and got up to look back.
His eyes immediately went wide as he stared at a rather pissed-off Maki looking at him eye to eye.
"O-Oi what the fuck did you just say just now?" Maki asked pissed off.
"H-H-huh Maki?" Gensui couldn't help but stumble on his words.
"How are you up? How can you move and say words? Shouldn't you be the one most affected by this? No wait now that I think about it how am I speaking and standing and fighting and walking and talking without a Simple Domain what the hell is-"
*SLAP*
Maki once again slapped Gensui on his face causing her to fall flat on her face onto the ground because merely one hand was not able to support her.
Gensui looked at Maki incredulously, rather at her expression before she fell down onto the ground and got up looking down at her with an incredulous smile on his face as he felt something inside of him shattering.

A few years back I was self-centered, loathing, hateful, and downright even evil in a certain way.... During Middle school, I had turned back to the kid I was before I started Training under Yuki-Sensei, not that I fault her for what I had become-
I had hated my past self for being such a little bastard that I kept on hating myself until I met Maki and came to view a positive side of my past self and accepted myself.
I had come to tolerate it and even like it somehow..... but here is the thing I should have realized-
Splitting myself like this isn't the way to overcome my weakness... For a long time, I had been suppressing myself- suppressing my behavior- suppressing my control but no more-
Before, I had thrown 'Curses' onto others who didn't deserve it out of desperation to grow stronger when I could have done something else, and later, I stopped myself from throwing Curses altogether, but now I realize...
Throwing 'Curses' at my enemies is a part of my nature, spitting and spewing curses is a part of me- what kept me as me.
And I tried rejecting myself and so I lost my 'edge', In reality, what I thought was me being free was me putting myself in shackles but now..... I'm-

3rd POV.

"Now then..." Gensui muttered with a big smile, one that would have made any Woman easily blush.
Gensui moved his hands above an invisible table almost as if changing Records off a record player put another one on it raised his arm and smashed it on the Table- shattering the invisible table to bits along with both of the records as he felt his shaking left arm which was vibrating from pain stop and was finally able to balance properly despite the damage to both of his ears, he straightened his back much more than before as he felt a massive burden off his entire body.
'Im a dumbass who's no good at anything Other than my Cursed Technique so I'm sure all my mental problems still haven't been fixed yet but.... what I can confidently say now is that.....'
