''Sigh. This is the second time'', as Kane opened his eyes he couldn't see anything, as a matter of fact, he couldn't even speak. Once more, all that he saw was pitch black darkness.

Maybe the energy in the surrounding air might contain it." just as the host said this he felt the air travelling outside his womb and tried to sense any manevolent energies inside of it. Although the energy existed inside the surrounding air, the concentration was far from enough to let him gain any considerable gain in cultivation.
"Chaotic energy is born from the chaos generated by the universe during day to day activities. Even a simple minor inconvenience produces a wisp of chaos energy in a person's mind. Yet why is the concentration so low here? Is it because I'm inside my mother's womb ? No that still can't be it. System do you have an answer ?"

1. This universe works on a different power system comapred to your old universe. Hence the concentration of chaotic energy may be far less sufficient than it normally is. For example, this universe works on cursed energy. Cursed Energy, or Juryoku, is a power source that stems from negative emotions. Hence it is but an inferior version of your chaotic energy.
"If cursed energy is just an inferior version of chaotic energy why can't I sense it in the environment?"
[Coming to that host. The only reason behind this that the system has found is the 2nd possibility. You were born with a defect that affects your senses.]

[Heavenly Restrictions are limitations placed on sorcerers at birth in exchange for certain abilities or attributes. These restrictions are rare and can either be a curse or a boon to an individual depending on their luck.]

[Although the system is only 70% sure, the host's restriction allows him to be born without any cursed energy in exchange for heightened 6th senses accompanied with extraordinary physical prowess. The boost to your 6th sense's prowess that this restriction brings to host can even allow him to sense cursed energy and cursed beings with enough practice.]

Chaos: with enough mastery the host is able to control the law of chaos allowing him to fundamentaly control all negative energies and manipulate them to his will. This includes control over the 7 primordial sins.
Disharmony: the more chaos generated near the user in a 200 mile area to infinity (the radius of this technique depends on the energy stored inside the user's body) the more powerful the user becomes. (This technique's effect is proportional to the chaos generated) (Note: chaos here includes all negative emotions that sentient beings have as well as the disorder brought to the surroundings)
Devour: any object/living being/corpse absorbed by the user allows him to gain the skills and properties of the thing absorbed (Note: the process of absorption is faster if the object is directly injected into the host's body)
Absorption and conversion: the host is able to absorb any attack that contains negative energy and convert it into chaos energy that can be stored inside your dantian.
Conversion allows the host to convert any positive energy into chaos energy (this technique requires maximum concentration from the user). And is generally less effective than directly absorbing negative energy to make chaos energy.]
The void's calling: Manifest the void. The birthplace of chaos, the place born before time itself into reality. Anything caught in the void's awakening will be decimated.
Host can control the radius and the effectiveness of this technique.

1. Your soul is directly linked with your body. If the host waits for the old man's other half to completely regenerate his soul then he can change the properties of your body allowing you to use cursed energy and in essence chaos energy without any interference.
2. If you find a master at soul manipulation native to this world that's proficient enough to remove heavenly restrictions, although the chances of this are low, but never zero]
