A Requiem of Echoes

In the quiet depths of the Jujutsu world, where curses and sorcerers battled for supremacy, an enigmatic event took place that would alter the course of fate. Amidst the cacophony of discordant melodies, a soul from a distant realm found itself drifting through the ethereal veil of existence.

Kyo Hayashi was a young man from another world, a realm devoid of curses and jujutsu sorcery. Trapped in the final moments of his former life, Kyo's soul felt an inexplicable pull, drawing him towards a realm of shadows and sound. Unbeknownst to him, his soul was about to be reborn in the Jujutsu world, woven into the very fabric of its harmony and chaos.

Kyo's consciousness stirred, awakening to a realm he could not comprehend. He found himself within the body of a child, a mere infant swaddled in cloth, nestled in the arms of a mysterious figure.

"Welcome to the Jujutsu world, little one," a soft voice whispered, a voice that seemed to come from the very earth. "You possess a rare gift—the power of Melodic Synthesis, a cursed technique of sound manipulation. Embrace it, Train it ,and shatter the chains that hold this world down."

In his past life, Kyo was a normal man—a musician, an artist, and unfortunately, a very poor one. He would move from place to place, just like the melody of a song. As an orphan, abandoned by his parents at a young age, he had to fend for himself since birth. Despite the challenges, he clung to one dream—to become the greatest musician to ever live. However, that dream was tragically cut short by an unexpected accident—a chandelier fell, crushing him and putting an end to his aspirations.

But now he was reborn as a baby in the world of one of his favorite manga series from his past life, Jujutsu Kaisen, if the word of the goddess was true. He cherished this story immensely, as, in his opinion, it was the only tale that felt like real life—where most people were weak and had a high likelihood of dying, while the powerful cared little for the lives of others, much like in his old life.

In this world, he would thoroughly live life. If the goddess was correct, his ability was to control sound—a powerful skill that, if used correctly, would place him among the top tiers of the verse, finally allowing him to accomplish his dream of becoming a musician. But it also seemed as if the goddess had given him a goal: to destroy the chains that were holding this world back. Kyo had a solid idea as to who that would be—Kenjaku, the big bad, the immortal brain.
