Prologue

(A/N Notes: And once again, I, the author, writes another book that will only increase his workload)

"Hey, you'll be taking vacations in Italy, right?"

"Yes, why do you ask?"

"It's about your older brother"

An old man said so to his adult son, who was paying a visit to him

"What did he do?"

"He said he was going to Italy to chase some Italian girls' skirts"

"That's pretty much like him, nothing new"

"It has been six months"

"*PFFFT* It has what!?"

"I and your mother wants you to search for him while you're there"

"Woah! Woah! Woah! One minute, old man! You're telling me that you knew, for six whole months that my older brother, and your oldest son, has gone to Italy and hasn't come back for six months!?"

"No, you're wrong"

"I am?"

"Yes, he went there around a year ago, and stopped sending messages about 6 months ago"

"Then say that earlier, you old fool!!!"

The son could only play the straight man with his father

"Haa... Fine, I'll go look for him while I'm there"

"Thank you, you're a great son"

"I can't say the same to you, old man"

"..."

"! Ah! Yasu, sorry did we scare you?"

A 14-year-old boy was staring at the two behind the door with a deadpan face

"..." *Shakes head*

"Then why are you here?"

"Weren't you two talking about finding, uncle Taichi who went to Italy last year?"

At hearing that from his son low and soft voice, Koji, Yasu's father, looked at the old man with an angry smile

"Hey, in my defense, he was the one who asked about him a year ago"

Then Koji looked at his son

"Is that true?"

"..." *Nods* "But grandpa said for me to not tell you"

"I see... Call your mother and tell her we'll use part of our vacation to search for my brother and you, old man... Come back here, you frickin'old man!!!"

Grandpa, differently from what his age would suggest, was already running away at full speed, and he was fast, but Koji was faster. And Yasu went to call his mother Hifumi, who was having a woman's talk with Niko and Emily, she knew about Koji's brother from her son quite some time ago

About a week later

"Bienvenuta, Italia!"

Koji said that fluently when he stepped out of the hotel after everyone had properly stored the luggage in the hotel room

"So, what'll we be doing first?"

"First, we're going to deal with the problem of searching for my brother, after that, we'll enjoy Rome to our heart's content, and then continue the rest of vacation in Naples"

"That sounds promising..."

"... ... ...!"

As his parents discussed their vacation plans, Yasu looked around until he noticed something at one of the electronic billboards, so he pulled his father's shirt to call his attention

"What is it, Yasu?"

"Isn't that, uncle Taichi?"

He pointed at the billboard

"Huh? What do you mean... Holy... It's Taichi"

The three looked at the familiar face making a pose as he wore clothes of a certain famous clothes brand

"Well... Looks like we already know where to find him"

With the first part of their vacation's plan done, they went to finish it

Some minutes later

The three were at the reception room of the clothes brand company, and right now Koji was speaking to the receptionist that he was their model's brother, in Italian of course

"*Speaking Italian*"

"Grazie... Well, he said he's here and that he'll call him to come to meet us"

"Great, that means more time for us to enjoy our vacation"

"..."

And after a few minutes, a man came walking towards them with open arms speaking fluent Japanese

"Ah! If it isn't my brother and my favorite boy! What brin- Gufooooo!!!"

He received a lariat from Koji, which surprised everyone inside, but not Yasu and Hifumi who were already expecting that. Koji then grabbed his brother by the collar and lifted him up

"Do you care to explain your six-month-long silence, Tachi-aniki?"

"Okay! Okay! Okay! I'll explain, but let me go first! And we'll talk about that somewhere more private!"

Later

"A café? Really? This is the more private place you can get?"

"Hey! It's the best I could do when the little man stomach was rumbling"

"Well, I can't really argue against that"

"My... This pancake is quite something"

"... *munch munch*"

They haven't had breakfast yet, and after hearing Yasu's stomach, Taichi decided to bring them to the best café he could think of

"Anyway, do you care to explain why you haven't contacted father for six whole months?"

"Aah... That's a long story, so where do I being?"

"Make it brief"

"... You party-crusher... Fine, I came here to try to get some Italian girls, the first one I tried to woo, turned out to be the CEO of the company I'm for now, and became a model for them..."

"This doesn't explain your silence"

"I'm getting... Where was I again?"

"Became a model *munch munch*"

Yasu reminded Taichi

"Ah yes! I became a model, then one day during a photoshoot in Venice six months ago, I accidentally dropped my phone on the water, losing all my contacts, two-factor security, and passwords. Meaning I had to make new ones without remembering any of the contacts that I had, and that's why I was silent for that long"

"... You muffin head"

"Yes, I am"

"... *Eating a muffin*"

"Anyway, as an apology for causing you trouble, let me take you three on a tour around Rome, and pay for everything, since I can"

And with that Taichi took the three on a tour in and around Rome after their breakfast

Hours later

"..."

It was slightly after midday, and Yasu was staring at a fat orange cat. He was alone, and his phone only had a very bad signal, that could be considered the same as having none, and he also didn't know how to speak Italian

"..." <I'm hungry...>

That was all he could think of his situation

"Buon pomeriggio! Posso chiederti cosa stai facendo?"

"!?"

Yasu took a scare when he heard a voice behind him, he turned his head he saw a pink-haired girl with twin tails smiling brightly, wearing a colorful dress with quite a lot of ornaments, that all looked handmade, while a wide hat made a weak shade over her head, she appeared to have the same age as him

"..."

"Hmm ... Posso sapere cosa stai facendo?"

She asked him again, this time with her face showing a weak troubled expression but still smiling

"..."

"... Sai cosa sto dicendo?"

She asked him again, with more trouble in her smiling expression. Yasu got up and turned to her, and opened his mouth as he raised one finger as he faced her, then he lowered his finger and looked down. Then he raised his finger again and faced her again, only for him to lower them again, then he made a thinking pose by putting his hand on his chin, and he finalized by gesturing that he didn't know by shaking his shoulders and sighing, to which she understood

"Questa è una situazione problematica, non è vero?"

"?" *Visible confusion

He made a visibly confused face as he looked at her troubled smiling face
