Bleeding heart....

Jack smiled widely hearing the girl's melodious giggles. "Gosh! I did not know, my new neighbour is professional thief. But she is a cute thief." His wide smile and flushed cheeks complimented perfectly with his glowing face. 

"Hehehehe! Alright. Don't you have work to do? Go now!! Shoooo....." The girl giggled again, making the boy's heart to swoon.

"Alright boss. As you say. I shall see you in the evening. Bye." Jack smiled from ear to ear and turned towards the desk to put down the speaker. He then happily turned to look at everybody, and saw all his employees staring at him in much shock. There was pin drop silence and only a few shocked gasps could be heard in several corners.

Jack had now realized his blunder and he instantly made a poker face, feeling extremely embarrased looking at everybody. His face was flushing even more and he quickly walked away, limping towards the canteen area. The boy felt like he had been exposed in front of everybody!
