The New Life
Angel POV
I never would have imagine myself having a boyfriend talkless of getting married to anyone especially to a complete stranger. I regret the day that I met my boss. No my Husband. I watched everyone clapping at us as the priest announces us as husband and wife. I could not control myself as fresh tear flow down from my cheeks. My husband hold my hands and pull me out of the event to the car and drove off leaving everyone there. I watched him remove his clothes and wear another suit instead, took his keys.
" Where are you going Sir?" I asked looked at him curiously. is he kidding me?
" I have no explanation to give to you" he said angrily
" you do want? Ohh! so now you have no explanation to give me? After you ruin my life with this useless marriage" I screamed at him loudly
" Me? Ruin your life? you did that the first time you opened your mouth foolishly. you brought me into this ridiculous trouble and you want me to stay and babysit you? No can't do. get out of my way this minute before I bounce you and you won't like it. useless woman" he said as he hissed loud and walked out leaving me to stared behind him.
" This man actually left me like that. we both got into this trouble, he shouldn't give any unnecessary attitude. He has no right whatsoever cuz the man who destroy us is his father. I hate him, infact I hate this life. I just wish the ground will open and swallow me this minute because I don't want to live this cage of a house" I thought aloud.
Suddenly I felt someone touch behind me, I shaked a little and gently turn back to see an old but not that old woman staring at me.
" Yes and who are you?" I asked rudely. I hate it when someone invade in my privacy.
" I'm sorry madam but I'm the chef of this house. I heard you are newly married to my boss. congratulations madam." she said smiling at me
" Congratulations for what exactly? Congratulations that my life got ruined all in the name of marriage? Answer me?" I screamed at her. I just want to scream to the whole world and let them know my trouble
" Well, I don't know what happened but pls count yourself lucky to be alive to tell the story because no one deals with Frankio and his life ever remain. He's like a devil on it own" She Whispered loudly for me alone to hear but why? is just me here?
" Are you whispering? is just me here?" I asked her curiously but instead she frown at me
" Well honey, if you must know. Don has spies everywhere watching us" she said looking around the house calmly.
" What? has that man gone completely mad?" I asked
" Well I'm Packy. chef Packy and I cook the best of the best dear. trust me. Welcome to a new life so is up to you to utilize it well." she said changing the topic and so I understand.
" Thank you Packy. pls can you show me my room" I gently asked her
" Right away ma'am, Your clothes is properly arranged here. They brought new clothes of your styles. I'm sure you will like it" she responded calmly
" Why would they buy me new clothes? I have enough at home" I asked staring with a wide eyes
" Well your father in law requested they change your clothes even before you" she said
" Thank you for your time Packy" I said as she nod
I followed her towards a big room. we entered the room. I saw a king size bedroom and Two shining wardrobe in a corner. Packy moved closer to home of the wardrobe and opened it. I saw ladies wear and I know that the wardrobe is mine. she walked out.
I took a brown little gown and wear it removing my wedding gown as i sit down on the bed. I observe the room very well. The room is too big for a person's house. I lay down on the bed and doze off.
