Su Anya raised an eyebrow at Li Xin's grumpy tone. She stepped closer to her and said, "Now that we are not friends anymore, I hope you won't cling to me."
Li Xin was stunned to hear Su Anya's voice. She threw the covers and sat back on the bed. "What are you doing here? Ouch..." Li Xin cried when her mother smacked the back of her head.
"Is this how you welcome a friend who comes to visit you." Mrs Li chastised her daughter. "Come here and sit," she urged as she turned back to face Su Anya. "Xixin has been grumpy because she has been bored at the hospital."
Su Anya returned her glance to Li Xin after a polite smile to Mrs. Li. Li Xin's looks amused Anya; her hair was unkempt and resembled a bird's nest.
Su Anya sat beside the bedside and frowned. She scrunched her nose and covered it with her hand. "Since how many days have you taken a shower?"
