"Got it, Issei." Rias muttered. She looked at Asia and unfurled her devil wings.

"Asia. Let's get out of here. Do you remember how to unfurl your devil wings?" She asked Asia. Asia nodded and unfurled her own wings which were very small and cute.

"You ain't going nowhere, Rias!!" Riser shouted angrily and fired a flaming bullet towards her from the palm of his right hand. The bullet shot towards her in blinding speeds. Rias widened her eyes and jumped in front of Asia to defend her. She closed her eyes, awaiting her demise.

Suddenly, someone jumped in front of her and slapped the bullet away with his hand The bullet exploded far away from the school building.

It was Issei and he had an extremely stoic face on him. He looked back at Rias and Asia who were looking at him with surprise evident on their faces.

"Issei-san!" Asia called him. Issei nodded.

"Asia. Both of you get out of here. Shit's about to go down and I don't want you to get caught in the crossfire." Issei advised them. Asia and Rias nodded and flew off towards their teammates.

Issei looked back at Riser who was seething profusely. He smirked. "Riser Phenex. How are you enjoying your humiliation?" Issei asked him. Riser clenched his fists tightly and glared at him angrily.

"Damn you, Hyoudou Issei! How are you even here!? You're not even in her peerage in the first place!!" Riser demanded answers.

"I'm just taking advantage of her sis con of a brother, Riser. It's called being smart. " Issei answered bluntly.

" Why are you even fighting?! Is it because Rias told you to and you followed her orders like the boy toy you are?! " Riser shouted angrily. Issei smirked.

" Boy toy? Nah you got it all wrong, brotha. She's the one whimpering and moaning my name while we're under the sheets, Riser. " Issei smirked evilly at him, angering Riser to immeasurable levels. Issei pointed at him dramatically.

"Riser Phenex! Today you shall know what humiliation feels like! You deserve all of it! Why? Because you're a manipulating, perverted and abusing bastard!" Issei glared at him. There was a dark red aura surrounding him and it was shaking the rooftop they were standing on violently.

"I, the Red Dragon Emperor of Domination, cannot and will not have someone as disgusting as you acting high and mighty!! I swear, I WILL BURN YOUR SOUL OUT OF EXISTENCE!!!!!!!!" Issei roared out as the jewels on his Boosted Gear glowed dangerously.

" Boost!!! "

His physical power doubled. Riser took a big step back.

"The Red Dragon Emperor is this guy?!" Riser cursed his luck. But he smirked.

"My immortality would tire him out steadily." Riser muttered. He looked at Issei.

"Tch. That doesn't scare me." Riser muttered. He outstretched his left hand and opened his palm so it was facing Issei. His palm glowed brightly and was then engulfed in orange flames.

*FWWWOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!*

Riser blasted out a large amount of flames towards Issei who raised his hands to block the flames from burning his face. The flames then exploded, engulfing Issei in it.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!!*

Rias, her peerage and Ravel stared at the explosion. Rias was shocked at how powerful the attack attack. "Issei!" She panicked.

Coming from the Phenex Clan, Riser can create and control wind. So he used it to clear away the smoke to look at where Issei was.

It revealed Issei who crashed into the wall from the explosion. The crater he was in was huge. Riser smirked proudly.

Issei grunted and stepped out of the crater, Riser's proud smirk immediately disappeared. Issei rolled his shoulders and looked at him.

"You call that an attack? This is an attack." Issei whispered and appeared in front of him using Soru.

He used Rankyaku and kicked out a large blade made of wind. The blade cut through Riser's body easily and kept going.

*SHING!!!!*

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!!!*

The blade cut the building behind Riser into pieces. Riser who has been cut in half horizontally fell back landing on the ground full of debris from the destroyed building.

Issei landed gracefully on the ground and stood in front of Riser. He stared at Riser who had orange flames covering his severed body.

The bottom half of his body was being regenerated at fast speeds. After a few seconds, Riser and his body was back in pristine condition.

Riser stood up and glared at Issei. He then unfurled his fiery wings and flew up to the air. He opened his right palm and created a tennis ball sized orb on it.

"Take this!!!" Riser shouted and threw the ball towards Issei. The ball landed on the ground in front of him and exploded immediately.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!*

Issei gritted his teeth as he was being blown away by the enormous flaming explosion. He crashed through the other half of the school building.

"ISSEEI!!!!" Rias screamed in horror. Kiba and Koneko were holding her back, preventing her from running towards him.

"He's still alive Buchou!" Koneko shouted. Rias stopped and looked at her Rook.

"What?! But how?!" Rias asked, feeling very shocked and confused at the same time. Koneko shrugged.

"Dunno. You should ask him when we win." Koneko replied. Rias went back to look at the plume of smoke that came after the explosion was over.

Riser stared at the massive crater Issei was lying in. His eyes were narrowed and he was being cautious, something he would never do. He couldn't risk it at all since he was fighting the wielder of the Boosted Gear.

"Boost!!!"

Riser froze and widened his eyes. He saw Issei slowly getting up.

"Ah. You're pretty good at chiropracting, Riser. My back feels a thousand times looser than before. Maybe you should be a chiropractor instead of living your life as a Devil. I'm sure you'll get a lot of customers with how good you are." Issei commented while walking towards him. He stared at Riser.

"What's wrong? Cat got your tongue? Maybe I should wake you up." Issei narrowed his eyes. Flames started appearing on thin air. They were gathering together and creating something.

"Witness my creation." Issei muttered. Everyone saw a flaming broadsword being created from the orange flames. Issei grabbed it and lowered it.

"I call this the Sword of Domination." Issei added while looking at Riser's horrified face. The noble could easily feel the immense heat emitting from the sword. [Pic]

Issei's green eyes glowed brightly and dangerously.

"Prepare to stare death in the face, Riser Phenex...
