Warriors

The sun was at the highest point in the sky indicating that it was noon on the island. Explosions echoed across the island as countless corpses, broken trees, and shattered hills basked under the sun. Those who survived were seen fleeing to the edge of the island and away from the madness happening in the center.

"Ohhhh!!"

Luffy roared at the top of his lungs as he flew at King. He compressed his fist into his arm. King threw a lightning-fast punch at him. He evaded the punch and flew at his face.

"Culverin!"

King evaded a punch from Luffy and hit him with an uppercut. Luffy was blasted into the sky.

*Boom!*

An explosion erupted on his leg. He looked down and saw Hancock sinking her foot in his leg. He swept his tail at her. She leaped back out of the way and kicked off the ground. She landed on the tail and ran up it. She leaped over a slap from King's hand and quickly climbed his body. She jumped and hit him with a flying kick to the side. His body rocked to the side.

"?!"

Two gigantic hands came at Hancock from the front and the back. They slammed together with her caught in the middle. However, Hancock wasn't flattened. She stopped the hands by pushing them back with all four of her limbs.

"D-Don't underestimate me!"

She gritted her teeth as her arms and legs trembled under the pressure.

"Double Culverin!"

King's head was hit by an overwhelming force. He released Hancock causing her to fall to the earth. King stumbled and turned to the source of his attack.

"Rhino Schneider!"

He was hit in the center of the face by a double-flying kick. His body started falling backward.

"Perfume Femur Magna!"

Hancock hit his heel with a flying kick of her own causing him to completely tumble over.

The area shook as his body hit the ground. He lifted his leg and swung his heel down on where Hancock was.

"Luffy!"

Hancock lifted her hand in the air. Luffy flew down and grabbed her hand, pulling her out of the way. The heel crashed down and the earth broke up in waves. Luffy flew up with Hancock in the air. King looked up and saw them flying down toward him. Luffy threw Hancock above him. He then compressed his fist into his forearm and twisted it. Hancock started spinning as she fell.

King started to sit up with a cackle. Luffy's speed increased and he popped up in front of it. He fired his compressed fist.

"Kong Rifle!"

His punch forced King's upper body back down with a boom.

"Perfume Femur!"

Hancock crashed into him while spinning like a top.

"Cyclone!"

King sunk into a crater as the combined force of the attacks hit him. Luffy swooped down and carried Hancock back into the skies.

"Talk about tough."

Hancock crouched on Luffy's back as she looked down on King. He slowly got up bleeding from his wounds. He roared and glared at the two.

"He has the advantage in strength and brute force, while we have an advantage in speed and agility while being hard to hit because of the size difference."

Hancock smirked.

"So let's use our strengths to the fullest."

She stood on Luffy's back and pointed at King.

"Luffy, I'm gonna need you to back me up! Keep me airbound! Even if I'm swatted away like a fly bleeding all over, catch me and bring me right back at him! I promise I won't fall until we win!"

Luffy burst out laughing.

"Roger!"

He flew at King who swung his tail at them at lightning speed. The tail followed Luffy who maneuvered through the assault and went straight at him. Hancock stooped before launching off Luffy's back. She hit King with a flying kick. He stumbled back and swat at her. A claw brushed her and ripped into her side. Luffy caught her as she fell and flew back at King, who threw a punch. Hancock kicked off Luffy as he dove under the punch. She floated over the punch and landed on its arm.

She leaped off the arm, avoiding being crushed by the other hand. She landed on Luffy and flew at King's opened body. She kicked off Luffy and hit King's chin with a flying kick. Luffy flew in after retracting both of his fists into his arms. He fired a double open-palm strike King's chest.

"Leo Bazooka!"

*BOOM!*

King's feet were forced off the ground. He flew back coughing up blood. Luffy caught a falling Hancock and chased after King.

"?!"

As they approached it his tail rushed at them. Unable to dodge in time, Luffy threw Hancock at King. The tail slammed into him and he crashed into the earth. Hancock flew at King who was still in the process of falling. She spun like a drill and stepped in his chest, over his heart.

"Heart Breaker!"

Severe pain spread through King's chest as he crashed into the earth flailing his limbs.

"?!"

A shadow cast over Hancock. She looked up to see King's elbow flying towards her. From below, his knee was flying up at her. She was about to be squished between its knee and elbow.

"Heh."

Even so, she didn't panic.

"Hancock!"

Luffy grabbed her and pulled her out of the way right before she was hit. He flew at King who was getting up.

"Luffy, I have an idea!"

Hancock whispered in Luffy's ear. He started grinning.

"Let's do it!"

Luffy threw Hancock at King and then accelerated to chase after her. He retracted his fist in forearm as he caught up to her. She twisted her body and stood on his retracted fist.

"Now, Luffy!"

"Kong Gun!"

Luffy fired his fist along with Hancock. She cut through the air like an arrow fired by a god. She twisted her body and aimed her foot at King.

"Perfume Femur:…!"

King's eyes widened. Hancock moved with so much momentum that the friction from her hardened body cutting through the air made it appear as if she was engulfed in flames. King threw a punch while roaring at top of its lungs.

"Kong Comet!"

*BOOOOM!*

Hancock's foot blew through King's fist and caused his arm to explode. The comet passed him and crashed behind him. A massive explosion erupted behind King as he roared out in agony.

Hancock's body bounced off the ground countless times in a second. It rolled, spun, and crashed through everything it came into contact with before finally stopping.

"....."

She lay on the ground staring into the sky as her body was covered in blood.

"….I'm alive? If Rayleigh or Elder Nyon saw that I wouldn't hear the end of it."

She let out a weak laugh.

"Roooooar!"

She turned her head and saw King roaring in agony as it held its wound on its shoulder.

"T-That's right. I told Luffy I wouldn't fall until this fight is over."

Her blood stained the ground as she struggled to her feet.

"It's all up to you now, Luffy. Finish him off!"

"Roger!"

Luffy floated in the air looking down on King.

"Gear Fourth is approaching its limit too. So let's end this, King!"

King stopped roaring and looked up at Luffy. It glared at him a bit before cackling again. It stood up ignoring the pain from its missing arm.

"Oh? Looks like you really love a good fight if you can laugh in that state."

Luffy compressed both fists into his arms.

He moved his arms horizontally in a rapid fashion, with the afterimages giving the impression of two extra pairs of arms being materialized.

"I think we might've been friends, but it is what it is."

King started walking towards him.

"Kong Organ!"

A barrage of fists rushed at King. He roared and started throwing lightning-fast punches with his remaining arm. Thundering noise resounded as the punches clashed. The earth and air trembled in the face of their clash.

"You really are a monster, King!"

Luffy shot up further into the air. He stopped punching and retracted one of his fists.

"Then how about this? I created this attack with you in mind!"

He placed his mouth on his arm and blew. His arm grew and patterns on his back expanded and covered his body. King looked up in shock as the sun burned brightly behind Luffy making him appear as a Sun God.

"Goodbye, King. You were a true warrior, it was fun."

Luffy dove down pulling his gigantic arm back. King Cackled as he jumped and threw a punch at him.

"King Kong Gun!"

Luffy fired his punch at King. The punch slammed into King's hand and instantly crushed it. The fist then slammed into King's face and buried his upper body into the earth. The ground split open and causes it to fold in onto itself while leveling the entire area.

"Woah~."

Even Hancock who was far away felt the tremors after the attack. When the dust clouds faded King's body was buried upside down. He didn't move an inch as his legs and tail dangled to the side.

"PFFT!"

All the air flew out of Luffy's body and he crashed into the earth.

"...."

He silently looked up at the sky and grinned.

"I did it, Hancock, Rayleigh! I became the strongest!"

His laugh echoed through the island.
