Sighing over my head of the latest news of Atlas and the tragedy that happened to the Schnee Family as well as the loss of the Winter Maiden has been truly hell for me.
I thought everything would be under control.
I thought I could protect Atlas from further troubles but…
Ever since the death of the Schnee Family and the loss of the Winter Maiden have made everything truly devastating event to have happened in Atlas.
The news when Winter didn't find any info about her family till later weeks she first called me to answer what happened.
Of course, after she mourns her loss of course.
And those Council Man in Atlas didn't hesitate at this.
With Winter out of control, they took the chance to seize all assets of the SDC as well as their Dust in the more outstanding name for the Atlas Kingdom.
And with Winter the only living Schnee alive, she agreed to it immediately, saying that she wanted to be sure the people of Atlas would be saved and protected.
I…
I can only hope that she has the best interest in mind.
With the Council in control of the Schnee Dust Company assisting Atlas Military, we had good progress of our soldiers gaining Dust for fair prices and getting them for a reasonable price if they join Atlas Military.
Although this is a good thing the loss of the Winter Maiden Friya was a grave loss to our group.
I was hoping for Winter to be the next one but…
Clenching my fist tightly I made sure to triple our security ever since Friya's power was taken using our new soul transferring machine.
And the culprit knew this and took advantage of this.
But that was only what we saw from the cameras so who knows for sure…
Shaking my head that wasn't the only issue that came up not far from it actually.

Hearing the sounds of knocking opening up was an Atlas Elite Corps showing up Clover in his uniform as he spoke to me, "General Ironwood sir! We have come back from our reports from Mistral about the latest spreading of the Cursed Cultist sir!"

Finally, some news about the enemy at hand.
Ozpin warned us and immediately sent my forces undercover to know more about this group.
Ozpin said they belonged to the Salem group as it made me extremely wary that she would create her own fighting force in the open and made me want to send in the Atlas army to wipe them out immediately.
Sadly though I can't because while Ozpin may have labeled them with Salem we can't exactly target them because they haven't done anything wrong…
Legally speaking of course.
Listening over to Clover I began to listen to his report as he began to talk to me, "Affirmative General Sir! We have gone over the report over the Cultist trying to investigate any criminal activity by entering their Village of Konoha sir."
Blinking at this I didn't expect them to actually enter inside.
Although this info could be vital.
Continuing to listen to Clover's words he began to report to me about the Village Konoha in Mistral as I was interested in their works.
And from what I heard everything about them seems to be pretty normal.
Even the people they describe seem to be normal people according to Clover.
No troubles no issues with them.
But they did take note that the Cultists are very… fanatical about their beliefs…
So much so that they pray to the Cursed King and from recent news of Pope Albus being the center of their religion.
And they have their own criminal system and they are brutal about their crimes but honest at the same time reasonable.
However, what Clover said next caught me narrowing my eyes at the news of this portion of the report, "However sir… it seems that the people of Konoha have all of their Auras unlocked but… to be frank sir there seems to be another power that the people have? Like some black blue color flame they have that acts like a second Semblance, sir."
"What?"
What?
Couldn't help saying it out loud the people of Konoha have the means to gain another Semblance?
But according to Clover this black fire blue energy they are releasing… could it be possible that Salem gave them a power that works like that?
Magic is something really unreasonable…
Hmm…
But if we can use it for ourselves...
For the betterment of Atlas...
"Sir?"
Hearing Clover's response I gave out my input about this as I talked to him, "Clover. Go over to Konoha to see if the people there will be likely to join Atlas or learn how they did gain a second Semblance. This could be of grave importance for Atlas."
Saluting quickly Clover replied to me his answer automatically agreeing to the new mission at hand, "Yes sir! I'll get my team assembled as soon as possible General Ironwood sir! Some prep time is required!"
"Of course go ahead and prepare before going."
"Sir!"
Like that Clover left the area as he went to his next objective as I was left alone with what to do next.
Looked over the reports of the news of investigating this Village Konoha to learn of their secrets and weaknesses in case they are a threat.
At least Ozpin only confirmed with his close allies and as such good allies, I need to figure out more of these Cultist homes.
Even hearing the reports on how many people are joining to their flocks in Mistral is simply unheard of…

Kuchinashi…
When one describes Kuchinashi it is one where criminals thrive…
A safe haven for all with black hearts and dirty deeds all across Remnant.
Kuchinashi is a city in the Kingdom of Mistral. It is located to the south of the main City of Mistral.
A seemingly endless labyrinth of dark, twisting, and turning streets, it is the home of every pirate, brigand, assassin, thief, vagabond, creature of the night, and evil-doer for hundreds of miles around.
The city of Kuchinashi is a city tucked into the open mouth of the mountains, referred to as an egg in a viper's nest in the local region.
From a distance, the neon lights of the city are able to shine through the ever-present fog and rain in the region, thanks to the area's weather systems rolling in and being broken up by the mountains of Anima.
The city has anti-air artillery as a form of defense, alongside various sirens and air horns that can travel through large distances. Due to its distance from the capital, the city is farther from the governing council's watch.
This makes it an ideal location for thieves, assassins, and other people who wish to remain hidden from the authorities. Because of this, Kuchinashi has become very well known for its corruption, poverty, and numerous crime waves.
The city is filled with bright, neon lights of business advertisements, outfitting onto the contrasting traditional Eastern architecture that makes up the majority of the buildings seen.
It is old, and mysterious, and most people in Kuchinashi are either in constant direct contact with or in service to the criminal enterprise of Mistral.
Even the honorable civilians in the city who are trying to make an honest living are aware of who their patrons are. Endless back alleys stretch across the city, making it a maze.

At least it should but current events taking place make Kuchinashi unbearable at this time…

At the time the Cultists are attacking the criminals living inside Kuchinashi as the cultist are attacking the black-hearted people in the city.

"Attack those who dare attack our homes!"

Each cultist began to release their aura and Cursed Energy as they attack furiously like rapid animals biting down on the enemies and criminals in place.
With the added boost of Cursed Energy as well as their own personal Cursed Techniques it took merely a few days before the city fell…
