Lucien sighed deeply, his disappointment evident as he turned his gaze to the ceiling and pouted. He just wanted to relax and enjoy some intimacy like before.
All the chaos and stress had made him anxious and constantly on edge.
Now that he finally had a moment to breathe before things inevitably worsened again, he wanted to indulge in what he loved—sex.
"Aww, look who's sulking," Brigantiea teased, kissing his cheek.
"You need to get healthy first, Lucien," Lithira laughed, hugging him tightly. "We don't want to kill you by having sex right after your revival. Look at you, all you have is bone."
Lucien rubbed his chest, suddenly feeling self-conscious. He sat up and reached for the trolley nearby, determined to eat as much as he could.
It had probably been five to six hours since his revival, and while his stomach felt uncomfortably full, he still wanted to build his strength back up.
