Death

Quick Disclaimer: This is fiction anything done in this will obviously not happen in real life so DO NOT TRY IT!

He stood there atop of the skyscraper as the wind blew and people went on with their day. The young man stared down and took a deep breath before he began to cry, tears balling out of his eyes.

"I'm sorry I never lived up to your expectations." The young man said as he then leaned forward falling to his death...

As he died he awoke inside a white room with nothing in sight.

"Is anyone there?!" The man called.

As to answer his call an old man hunched over leaning on his cane, appeared.

"AHHH!" The young man shouted as he fell down, the old man spooked him appearing right in front of his face.

"Well then we should sit shouldn't we." The old man said is a rather angelic voice. With a wave of his cane the blank white space turned into a cosy cabin, and suddenly they both have been transported into two separate seats by the fireplace with a cup of tea in their hands.

The old man noticing the young man still surprised said "I'm sure your already aware but you are dead."

"Yes, I decided to take my own life..." The young man responded as he stared blankly at the tea he was holding as a sense of regret, anger and sadness overcame him making him unable to hold back his tears as he then began to wail wiping his eyes and mouth profusely.

"I understand how you feel. However lets talk about what is next for you." The old man said as if to comfort the young man.

Despite how it seemed at first the young man then quickly collected himself as he then said "So what is next for me?"

"Its neither heaven or hell but instead another life." The old man replied.

"Another life? What like in manga?" The young man questioned.

"Well that depends on you. Do you wish for your memories to be wiped? Or do you wish to live a life similar to ones you have read about?" The old man asked looking at the young man as if anticipating his answer.

After a brief pause the young man replied "I think its obvious for me to choose a life similar to the many protagonists I have read about."

"True I guess its normal for every living being to want a life which is not only favours them but is also controlled by them." The old man responded before taking a sip of his tea. He then went into a long explanation of how this this new life would work.

The young man then responded with "Let me get this right I get to go to any world I want, create a new 'me' as well as a single wish which can be anything no limits?"

"That is correct." The old man simply responded.

"In that case I wish to go to the universe in 'Rebirth of the Urban Immortal Cultivator' since it is something I have read ever since its release and I hold it in my hear dearly." The young man said remembering the times he was reading the series on his phone as he lay in bed.

"In that case you can now create your new 'you' for that world." The old man said as he then waved his hand and with it a 3d model of the young man showed itself and changed with every thought the young man made.

"I see, well I'm sorry but I do not want to use this I want to keep my own appearance as it is now." The young man responded.

"Oh why is that?" The old man asked curiously.

"I feel like I would lose myself the more I change my appearance compared to if it was to happen naturally as I'm in the world I know its still 'me' although I'm unsure if you know what I'm trying to get across." The young man was quick to reply passionately.

"In that case what about your wish?" The old man asked.

"Since the wish has no limit I wish to be able to do and create anything I want to clarify this means I could become a god if I want or create new powers and wishes for myself." The young man responded with a smirk proud of himself.

"Could have just wishes but this is basically the same thing. Well off you go, you will know everything else you need to when you're there." The old man said as he grabbed he waved his hand again making the young man disappear.

This is the only chapter I will put the author notes at the end, they will be in 'Author's Thought' instead next time but their here because I just want you to know that as well as to let you know this will be updated randomly and when I feel like typing since I still got stuff to do in life anyway.

No proofreading and its just freestyle from the top of my head but I will be re reading the manhua anyway.
