Coincidence or Fate?

Parking near driveway parked car before running to the door. A series of four clear knocks as she impatiently stood shifting, waiting for an answer. A voice seeming distant startled her as the door opened.

She walked in, following a taller male who was explaining what was going on. Not that she was listening. She continued to follow him only to realize that she hadn't seen his face.

She was led to a navy blue door, and she cautiously entered only to see her girlfriend. She sighed in relief and looked back to thank the stranger and froze in shock.

Oh, by the way, alex, it seems my girlfriends coming for me. The strawberry blond hums as she sits on a pretty grey velvet sofa. Sighing, she leaned back, going through the events of the day.

"Alex, can i ask a question?" Her voice held a cold lower tone. She oddly made it sound like a demand. He himself hummed in response. He looked up from his phone , and her eyes were a tint darker, deeper..

Her number, why do you have it. Her tone was biting, sharp, and seemingly possessive. And having it saved as angel, you must know her or have some connection with her. Kind Grey eyes turned burnt ash as she stared at him with such intensity.

Four sharp knocks and the air was back to bliss and Gehneja was back to her calm self. As if she hadn't said a thing. Alex stood up to let in the guest.

Turquoise ran to her lover. Gehny (jeny), how bad are you hurt, my goodness? Are you ok. A silent smile was the only response to her questions. A shift as Turquoise hugged her girlfriend with a sigh and a smile she let go.

Turning towards Alex. Thank you uh...Alex appreciate you saving the love of my life. And there it was that breath-taking smile he daydreamed about not even hours earlier.

But seeing the love in her eyes that was not for him made him take a step back. It sucks having an attraction to someone you can't have. jeez if Danien were to find out he had a crush on his 'beloved angel.' He'd never hear the end of it.

Alex just watched in admiration as the two walked outside to her motorbike. Just as he was going to offer his car a custom Cadillac, he knew too well showed up.

Danien helped Gehneja to the back seat and walked over to his friend. They high-fived and chatted before Turquoise came over to switch keys with her brother.

She thanks the two before driving off.
