There is also the fact that the Spirit Stones that he gets here are of much higher rank than the ones he used in the Luvile Universe. Because of that, there was much more energy which then transformed into a higher speed of cultivation. Lastly, there is the battle experience that he accumulated through the missions.

With all that together, Ruik was successful in advancing into the 4th Stage of the Core Formation Realm.
