Kelvin's room

Catherine dropped her purse, car keys and phone on the dressing table, she undressed and went into the bathroom to take a shower.

Ring..... Ring

Catherine's phone rang out.

Knock.... Knock.... Came a knock from the door. Knock.... Knock.

"Catherine?," when Rose continuously knocked and got no response, she decided to open the door and help herself in.

"Catherine?," She called again as she looked around the room but Catherine was nowhere to be seen. She then heard the sound of running water coming from the bathroom. Rose turned around and was about to leave when she heard a phone ring.

Rose walked towards the dressing table and picked up the ringing phone and looked at the caller ID.

MR BLACK 🪨 (Stone)🥶 .

Kelvin? Rose said to herself in amusement. She then looked at the bathroom door and back at the phone. She was about to reject the call when it disconnected and then a message came in almost immediately.

"The message is from Kelvin, She said staring at the phone in hand. Rose swiped the phone's screen and the phone unlocked.

No password?, Guess it's my lucky day after all, Rose said with an evil smirk plastered on her face. She went through the Apps and soon found the message box, she then tapped on in and saw Kelvin's message.

The message Kelvin sent to to her is the second message in thier chat box. The first was 8days ago. Saying she should go to bed early, he would be home late, but she didn't reply. The new one is bit odd after what has conspired between them.

Call me?..... Is Kelvin over the Contraceptives matter so soon?, Rose asked herself looking confused. I can't let this happen, she said with determination as she deleted the message and cleared the phone's call log and history and placed the phone back to it's original position and immediately exit the room.

When Catherine got to the living room she looked around the living room but did not find Lana. she then went to the kitchen and found her serving dishes. when she saw the different varieties of dishes lined up on the cabinet she couldn't help but ask.

Are we having someone over?, Oh Miss Catherine, Lana said stratled. When did you come back?. Just awhile ago. "Yes Madam, Lana said answering Catherine's question. Who is the guest?. I have no idea about that.... Miss Rose asked me to prepare several dishes... But she mentioned something about someone special, Lana explained. Oh ok, Catherine simply said

She was wearing a Hot pink floral tone, V-neckline, Thin adjustable cross straps, Relaxed fit on skirt mini length dress with a pair of white sneakers, she tied her hazel colored hair into a rough bun revealing her white, smooth shoulder and collar bone.

"Yes..... Just wanna go around the estate for a walk. Ok Miss Catherine. See you later, Catherine said with an enthusiastic smile as she turned around to leave when she was stopped by Lana. "Miss Catherine"

"Yes", she said as she turned back around to face Lana. Miss Catherine, Sir bought you an electric bicycle a few days ago, instead of you going by foot you could go with it. "Ok... Thanks," Catherine said as she left the kitchen.

When she got outside the mansion she went towards the garage and entered. looked around the garage but didn't find the bicycle anywhere. She looked around more but all she saw was a row of luxurious cars. She was about to leave the garage when the corner of her eye spotted something covered with a black cloth.

That should be it, she said to herself with a smile at her success. She went towards it and removes the cover revealing two bicycles. One is black and the other is yellow. She went to the side of the bicycle and removed the breaks and then moved it outside the garage.

when the bicycle touch the evening sun, it's colour changed from yellow to yellow witha touch of black.

Wow!, Catherine exclamated. She was wowed at the beauty of the bicycle. she placed her phone on the phone hanger right next to the bottle hanger. She then immediately climbed the bicycle and rode off, she soon rode out the Mansion compound.

Catherine smiled as the gentle evening breeze kissed her face. she stretched her left hand towards her hair and removed the band in it, releasing it to the wind. Catherine smiled as she remembers being taught how to ride a bicycle by her Dad.

She wiped her face as tears rolled down her eyes. She spotted a Maple tree and stopped her bicycle, got down and pulled down the kick stand.
