Loki watched the girl rise from her seat and roar with elation at her greatest achievement to date.
The way she leveled up is not one that people would want to hear. Riku was part of a Loki Familia expedition in search of resources, so they didn't go that deep into very deep floors.
She was part of the group led by Bete and other top adventurers, so safety was a very solid thought.
Unfortunately, the dungeon thought otherwise and monsters appeared in droves.
Riku was a support. She didn't have the strength to fight against the deep floor monsters, her being a level one, but no one said anything about her not supporting her teammates in combat.
She was moving back and forth on the battlefield, using the potions to recover the adventurers who had fallen so they could continue fighting, and she was also giving them weapons because the ones they were using were destroyed.
The problem was that an irregular appeared in the area and killed several members of the group where Riku was.
The only reason the girl survived was because of her defense magic that left her in a barely stable state, while Bete with her magic eliminated all the monsters in a fit of rage for the death of her companions.
Riku managed to survive thanks to Line Arshe, who nursed her until Riku's condition was stable.
It was not a way to survive to brag about, but she was only a level 1 support on the deep floors and accomplished the near impossible.
Thanks to that feat and the stats that Riku had the falna gave her the opportunity to level up, but Riku decided not to do so and preferred to increase her stats even more.
Loki mentioned that increasing beyond 700 points was a tedious and time-consuming task to do.
Riku ignored that and went to grind experience in the dungeon. After a few days and seeing that her growth method had been nerfed, Riku decided to take the hard way.
She trained with Bete.
Bete had leveled up and was a proud High Class Adventurer level 4. His nickname given by the Gods had been changed and he was now called [Vanargand].
When Riku asked Bete to train her he turned her down, but Riku told him that she wanted to increase her stats to the max and the only way she could do that was to push her limits in every possible battle.
Bete smiled wildly and asked Riku what she had to offer for him to accept. Riku mentioned her sound attack magic and demonstrated it to Bete.
She explained that Bete's defense and speed could be increased by defending against and dodging the almost invisible attacks that Riku could create.
When Bete received one of these blows as a test, his senses were sharpened and he saw the ability of magic if it became much more powerful, so Bete accepted and trained with Riku.
The girl was beaten day after day, but she didn't give up. Riveria went to say that combat was too dangerous for Riku, but Bete and Riku yelled at the same time to go fuck herself because she was interrupting.
Needless to say, the two of them were punished for it.
One thing Bete was proud of was when Riku insulted others because it reminded him of himself when he picked on others, he always does it to everyone for being wimps.
Riku's status was shown by Loki.

"I would be lying to you if I said yes" Riku kept looking at her achievement "I wanted everything to be at 999, but it would take me many more months to achieve it. If it wasn't for Bete and the battles we have I wouldn't be able to do this. That's also why..."

Loki withdrew her hands and placed another status sheet on Riku's back. With a perfect stroke, she transferred the hieroglyphs to the status sheet and stamped Riku's status so that others would not see it.

Loki smiled at the girl's joy. The Goddess still remembered how she was so shy and paranoid about everything new she experienced.
Now Riku was more open with her Familia members and didn't have as many problems with women as before, in fact she already takes off her shirt without shyness when she goes to update her status with Loki.
"You are one step closer to your goal"
Riku turned and nodded to Loki, but the Goddess was squinting a little more under Riku's gaze.
Loki was inspecting Riku's chest because it had already been a year and now Riku's chest was already a little bigger. It was still small, but to Loki that small was more than she had.
Riku dressed and took another deep breath to calm her thoughts.

Lefiya could not hide her excitement and barely slept in anticipation of being taught by the person she most admired as an Elf, but Lefiya was also full of energy.

Lefiya looked around the room and her admiration for Riveria suddenly increased.
All the objects and gadgets in the room were eye-catching enough to captivate the shy Elf and she also enjoyed the elvish style that Riveria had adopted.
Lefiya was smiling in amazement until she heard a certain sound and looked at the source, causing her surprise to disappear and she looked skeptically at what was happening.
At the table where there were several books there was also a white-haired girl.
The curious detail was that the girl was reading a magic book while grumbling and eating a carrot making her cheeks look fluffy.
The girl looked annoyed, but she was making her notes very carefully. She was also eating the carrot with bites, causing a bit of noise.
Lefiya blinked several times without understanding.
"Hm" Lefiya shivered a little in place with her shyness "A-Am I interrupting something?"
"!" freezing in place, the white-haired girl turned her head with her cheeks puffed out from eating and a blush began to grow on her face at a rapid rate.

"Lefiya" Riveria nodded greeting the girl who blushed "Glad to see you're early"
"Y-you don't have to say that!" Lefiya exclaimed respectfully, "I apologize for entering your room without permission!"
"I see that bothers you" Riveria observed the shy Elf "As long as you don't make a mess and don't take what belongs to others, then there will be no problems"
"T-Thank you" Lefiya murmured happily noting that she was not scolded.
"Where is she?" Riveria asked looking around her room.
"Um" Lefiya spoke timidly "Who are you looking for, Lady Riveria?"
"I'm looking for Riku" Riveria said "The quickest thing to identify her is her white hair"
Lefiya nodded slowly and then blinked and looked curiously at the table where the girl had hidden from Lefiya.
"Hm" Riveria watched her new student look at the table. Then she walked over and bent down slightly to find the person she was looking for "What are you doing?"
"Ugh!" Riku choked a little on the carrot and coughed a little "Miss Riveria"
"Get out of there" Riku obeyed Riveria and came out from under the table with the book and clean plate of carrots "I told you to stop calling me Miss. We've had enough time getting to know each other to put that aside. Call me teacher while we have classes"
Riku hummed wiping her lips at the sullen manner in which she ate "I'm earlier than usual M- Riveria" Riku nodded "Sorry it's habit"
"No problem. We're all here now" Riveria took a seat in a chair and pointed to the others that were free "Take a seat our study session is about to begin"
"Hm" Lefiya raised her hand shyly "Lady Riveria"
"What's going on?"
"She...?" Lefiya looked at Riku " Is she going to study with us too?"
"Right, you haven't met several members of the Familia yet" Riveria nodded in understanding "This is Riku, one of my students and therefore your superior in the realm of magic"
"Huh?" Lefiya blinked and looked at Riku.
"I'm a magical swordswoman" Riku gave a thumbs up "However, I'm also the nightmare for wizards"
"Ah"
"Riku has a magic that renders mages useless in a battle" Riveria explained "I will personally take charge of teaching you the realms of magic and Riku will help me evaluate if your learning is going well"
Lefiya slowly nodded and looked at Riku only to realize that she was watching her with a smile that sent shivers throughout Lefiya's body.
"Then let's get started"
At Riveria's words Lefiya and Riku hummed, but Lefiya again looked at Riku and a shiver ran through her body.
The shy Elf did not know what was awaiting her and was the biggest nightmare for every wizard in Orario.

"Yeah" Riku said calmly "I haven't been to the dungeon in a while and there's not much to entertain myself with at the Familia headquarters either"
"Hum" Lefiya tried to speak "What if you read something from the Library?"
"Trust me Lefiya. I've been there so long that I've already memorized the order of various books and where to find certain information"

"Hum" Lefiya nodded thinking about what she could do if she had that amount of valis like Riku. Lefiya didn't earn much, but she did get a good haul every time she came back from the dungeon.
The dress had a gothic style that reached up to the legs, the sleeves were not attached to the dress and around the neck some threads joined the dress in its entirety. In the box there was also a green jewel.
"It's beautiful" Lefiya said as she stood up and appreciated the dress from up close.
"That was my intention. I wanted the dress to be the beautiful thing and be just like the one I remember"
"Um, where do you remember this from, Miss Riku?"
"Secret" Riku mentioned while crossing a finger on her lip and also winking. Lefiya pouted.
"I'm going to get dressed, I need your help"

"You have nothing to be ashamed of" Riveria spoke calmly, as Loki began to smile without Riveria noticing "Remember that nothing happens if you get something wrong or are afraid of questions. I won't judge you"
"Hm!" Lefiya kept humming until she took a deep breath with the same blush "Excuse me and I'm sorry" she mumbled at last.
Lefiya moved from the door entrance, meanwhile several question marks were growing in Riveria's head. Loki already knew what was going on and was waiting for the result.
"What's going o-?"
Riveria did not finish because she was surprised by the person who entered the room.
It was Riku.
Comparing Riku from her usual demeanor, she had a dull face and an arrogant look as if everyone were inferior to her.
"What are you doing?" Riveria asked.
Riku simply looked at her blankly. Riveria was about to ask if something was wrong, but the following words she would never forget.
"How hard are you looking, Elf?"
Riveria blinked her eyes open and looked at Loki, who had a serious expression, but inside she was laughing like crazy.
"What?"
"Unable to comprehend the situation, mah, not to be expected from someone like you" Riku scoffed "Apparently the words that you are the smartest in the Familia are a joke"
"Hah?" Riveria was even more puzzled.
"Surprised? It's just facts" Riveria was annoyed "That head of yours is incapable of grasping reality"
"What are you say-?"
"Your voice disgusts me" Riku didn't let Riveria finish and she remained silent as Riku listened "The best mage in Orario? That title only belongs to one person and that's only me"
"Ah" Riveria gasped and did not know what to do. Her student had arrived dressed differently, acts and different and now he was insulting her without her being able to respond to the situation.
Riveria was even more puzzled.
"I see that head of yours is incapable of comprehending the situation, it is to be expected from an old woman like you"
"!" Riveria's eyes widened at the words that annoyed her the most, she was about to scold Riku who continued with the same look of disdain, but a sound interrupted her.

"Shut up" Riveria muttered, but what Loki didn't expect was that Riveria had pouted slightly making a splendid sight for Loki. Riveria looked at Loki, but the Deity was pointing her away.
Riveria looked at the door only to freeze because there was Riku laughing at her. Riku made a gesture and officially ran away.
Riveria's pout increased and so did Loki's laughter.
The noble Elf had fallen for the joke.

--- Deep floors, Riku's new entertainment ---
Riku was thrilled.
Since her level had increased the first time, new paths opened up for her in the dungeon.
The first was that Riku no longer needed to be a support and when it was time for an expedition, she could be put with the other adventurers to fight against the monsters.
The amount of effort needed to grow increased considerably. Riku understood that with her new stats and the upgrades she received.
When Riku used to be a level 1, the floors she ventured to fight on were the upper floors. When her level increased, so did the depth of the dungeon.
She was on the 27th floor, the [Water City]. These floors from 25 to 27 were made up of a water paradise. Riku enjoyed these floors very much because of the monsters that were in that place.
One of the monsters that Riku found challenging were the Iguazu. These monsters traveled at high speeds to impale adventurers.
The first time Riku faced them she was pierced in the shoulder and had to take cover because she needed to analyze the speed of the monsters and see if it was possible to overcome them.
She made it, but her injuries were quite severe.
Now in a large open field where blue flames were scattered like debris and much of the site was destroyed as if something had ravaged it.

Riku said she wanted to kill a floor boss and wanted to go with Bete. The monster chosen was the Monster Rex Amphisbaena. Needless to say about Bete's wild grin and Riku's initiative.
The battle was tough, but they both managed. They had a unique synchronization thanks to their way of fighting. Bete with melee and Riku in whatever.
The girl adapted her movements, as long as she understands what she is trying to do, Riku will be able to fight in a decent way.
"By the way, did he release anything?"
"Hum" Bete hummed and looked at where the monster died "I think just some scales and Amphisbaena's liver"
"Fine" Riku nodded, she would laugh or make a cheerful smile, but she was in the dungeon and getting distracted there was tantamount to death "We have to pack it in. The valis we can get would be a few million or we can make equipment"

Riveria opened both only to have her eyes widened by the number of Drop Items present.
"[Iguazu wings], [Amphisbaena scales], [Amphisbaena liver], [Blue crab shells], [Aquatic snake fins] and... [Mermaid blood]. How did you get the last one?"
"Traps" Riku replied "Bete hit her and sent her to the desired location. You could say we... squeezed her a little and killed her"
"A bit brutal in my opinion" Loki muttered creating the image in her mind of Riku and Bete stabbing a Mermaid in order to collect her blood.

Riku and Bete left the room without looking back and each went to do their own thing. Riku went to rest and Bete went to train as he always did.
"She grew up, didn't she?"
"Yes" Riveria nodded to Loki "That girl has matured faster than we thought"
"You think so" Loki laughed at Riveria who looked at her Deity "Riku always knew what to do, she just grew up and acted her age"
"Hm" Riveria hummed and kept looking at the Drop Items that Riku Bete had gotten.
The two of them had become close because of the way they acted and formed a great duo in the dungeon. They both got along well because they understood that weakness and complaining about it would simply bring more weakness.
Bete hated the weak and Riku did not enjoy being weak.
Riveria smiled and left the room leaving a confused Goddess, but Loki shrugged and went for Finn to catalog the Booty.
Riku could achieve her goals and much more.

A comment about the story up to now. First of all I appreciate the readers who have been present from the beginning and those who have joined us over time. I started this story because of a curious idea and I liked the result a lot.
I want to say some important facts that served to write the story so far, I have kept them the same or changed them a little for the sake of the current plot.
The current timeline was of great importance in the development of the characters, the most representative of this was Bete. For those who have read the novel, manga and watched the anime will know of Bete and his dislike of the weak.
Bete left his old Familia because some members died in an expedition and after that Bete left his Familia and joined Loki. Bete still doesn't have that characteristic arrogant attitude so established and that's why he could relate to Riku in his own way.
Likewise with Ais. Ais's emotions were almost nil until the Amazoness twins and Lefiya joined the Familia, that's what the novel says. That's why I treated her seriously and like a fool because she really is an airhead.
When I write I take into account many important things in the story, so when I add something new I explain it and if I use something that already exists I explain it as usual.
Honestly, I'm bad with emotional scenes and it probably lacks essence when I write the meeting between Riku and Bell. They don't know each other and Riku only knows about Bell from the dream and Bell has lived his whole life away from the world.
