Chapter Ten

At prince Ephraim assigned room in the human kingdom.

Prince Ephraim lied on his back to have a nap before discussing what he wants from king Otis as the solidification of the alliance but he couldn't sleep because whenever he closed his eyes the image of the beautiful blonde haired girl in purple dress and matching mask with a sexy body and strange eyes keep coming to his mind.He repeated their conversation in his head and his heart skipped a beat when he remembered the purple hue of her eyes which seem much more detectable to him.His mind started thinking about the bad things he wanted to do to her just to ruin her innocence and he could feel his private member react to his thoughts he then stood up to have a cold bath just so he could calm his mind and body.

After the cold bath,Ephraim called his aide.

'I'm here prince' answered Damon in a respectful voice since he didn't want to anger him.

'Have a bakground check on the girl called Euphorial,you must not miss any detail about her' Ephraim threatened him.'Yes boss' Damon said before disappearing from the room to get his work done before dawn.Prince Ephraim sat on the window to enjoy the beautiful night while awaiting his aide.

An hour later in the prince room,

'My prince,no one seems to know of the name Euphorial but i heard the young maidens leaving the palace talked about the girl with yellow eyes.They called her a witch and all sort of names.It seems that the humans don't like the girl with the strange eyes,they fear she is a rogue witch that came to hide here'.Damon shutted up when he felt the cold aura of the prince.

'So you didn't get anything tangible for a whole hour but down grading words of the girl'.Damon immediately bowed down and said hastely 'i heard that she usually secretely visit a tailor at the town's end so i went there to ask about her.When i got there i met a human boy there,he is around the same age as the girl and also too handsome for a human.I asked about the girl that he sew clothes for (Euphorial) he seems suprised at the mention of the name as if no one had ever said her name in the village before to him but later he reluctantly answered me "she is a very beautiful and silent girl with special features,she is kind and intelligent,sometimes she acts crazy because of how people looked at her in disgust but she is a good girl if you get to know her".That is all my prince,he also said something about her father being the popular merchant (Charles Cross) daughter, the you have been looking for through out the black market.It turned out that he is hiding among the humans.

'Interesting family,the father a half vampire and the daughter a rumoured witch,interesting indeed' Ephraim said.He then added 'go and rest tomorrow we are leaving in the afternoon but before that we are going to meet with the king and his family so make him aware'.Damon then followed Ephraim instructions.

After his aide left Ephraim thought about all he said:her being treated like a shit.He promised to quickly round things up from his side so that he can marry her and then take her away from this place.

Morning came quickly.Ephraim and his aide set out for the human throne room.When they got there the king and his family are alreadily sitted on their seats.

'Let us talk business' Ephraim said in a playful tone without bordering himself with curtsying.

'Okay' came the disgrunted voice of the king.Then he added 'what does the vampire prince wants for the solidification of the alliance'.

'I want to marry a girl from this town and i want you to accept' Ephraim said in a commanding voice.

'Who do you want? Did anyone pique your interest yesterday? Or have you found your mate?' Princess Diana shifted in her chair cause she had guessed who the vampire prince wants to marry.It is definitely the girl he danced with yesterday,the odd one with mask at the ball.She had asked her spy to follow her carriage and she was surprised when her spy came back to tell her that it is a popular merchant daughter.The prince rejected her a beautiful royalty for a mere merchant daughter with common beauty,she become filled with rage.
