CHAPTER 4

Y/N'S POV

I stood up and got away from Wednesday, she looked pale as always and after stranggling me, she went back to her serious self. It kinda felt like a relief as it was confirming that she was okay and nothing happened, plus I would never had shown my worriness towards anyone. What kind of Addams would I be if I did that? 

-Y/N: So? You had another of your visions? - I sat at the end of her bed.

-Wednesday: - nodded and smiled slightly - You know... It seems like this year is gonna be entertaining - she stood up quickly.

-Enid: Where are you going? - asked confused - Are you alright?

-Wednesday: The only way of making me stay in bed is breaking my legs - said while taking her bag with Thing inside - What happened with the rest?

-Enid: They are still down there at the Pentagon, T/N and I brought you here - smiled - Well actually, she's the one who carried you here. I only guided her.

-Wednesday: - nodded and looked at me - I'll be leaving to attend some stuff, you can stay here and catch up.

-Y/N: Catch up what? - I stopped her before she left - It's my first day here-

-Wednesday: That's the whole point - looked at Enid - She's the gossip queen, I'm sure my cousin will enjoy with everything you have to tell her.

I looked at her incredulous before Enid grabbed my arm and pulled me towards her bed to make me sit. I couldn't believe how did Wednesday manage to stop me so easily. What was she planning? She perfectly knew that I couldn't care less about gossiping... Was it a type of revenge because I carried her before? It wasn't my fault if she was passing out so easily.

-Enid: Do you like getting your nails done? I usually do this with Thing, but he's gone with Wedns - said while taking a lot of nail polish.

-Y/N: What type of torture tools are those? - asked terrified.

-Enid: What are you saying? - giggled - Show me those claws, show me what you've got.

-Y/N: - I had doubts before pulling my claws out - Mine aren't as long as yours.

-Enid: - smiled - But they are sharper than mine, you were right about what you said before. Any school scissors would be sharper than mine.

-Y/N: I noticed it quite soon - looked at her intensely - You were nervous next to Ajax, and bit your nails sometimes. If you usually do that, it's quite normal for you to have caused some damage on them.

-Enid: Are you usually this watchful? - took some nail polish - You've discovered a lot of stuff only by looking at me.

-Y/N: Uhm... - I was unsure about what to answer.

Enid told me about everyone who was into a relationship, who was in love with who, also told me about some rumors around Nevermore and painted my nails as the most colorful ones ever. Apart from hers, of course. I spent some time looking at my claws wondering when would the color fade away... But I didn't dislike it at all. 

-Y/N: This place is dangerous - admitted - I arrived here willing to avoid any interaction with anyone, and on my first day... I've gotten the rainbow manicure - denied with my head.

-Enid: It's the shool magic - smiled - Do you like the result? 

-Y/N: I need to get used to all these colours - hid my claws - But I don't want to pull my eyes out.

-Enid: I'll take it as a "yes" - smiled and got close to me - I think it's really cool that another Wednesday's relative came, she never talks about her family. Rather than complaining about them, of course...

-Y/N: Our family is complicated - rolled my eyes - I understand if she complains, I also do it.

-Enid: Mine isn't a gift either - shrugged her shoulders - But as long as we are here, those problems turn smaller. Don't you think? 

-Y/N: I guess - walked towards the door - Hey Enid, it wasn't so bad spending this time... So boring without darkness or violence. I think I've gotten used to this already, I only need to get over the classes.

-Enid: Don't worry, subjects here are quite easy - jumped little by little until getting close to me - I'm so happy to hear that you feel comfy here! See you tomorrow in class?

-Y/N: Sure, as long as no one chops my head off tonight - smiled - See you tomorrow, Enid.

I walked away from Enid's room with a stupid smile on my face, I wasn't used to smile this much and I felt weird. In my room there was Yoko with her girlfriend Divine, they were making out while exchanging some germs through their saliva. I wanted to throw up, it was disgusting, but somehow... Disgusting stuff felt like home.

-Y/N: I'm sorry for interrumpting - I threw myself towards my bed - Well, it's actually a lie. I'm not sorry about anything, it's disgusting what you are doing.

-Yoko: Y/N! Where were you? It's been hours since you left.

-Y/N: I've been with Enid - I showed her my claws - I have no idea how did it end this way, I left only to carry Wednesday 'til her bed. 

-Divine: How is she? Is she awake?

-Y/N: Oh yeah, afterwards she left along Thing to solve some stuff - I stood up fastly when I thought about it carefully - Where is Wednesday?!

-Yoko: How could you her track if she was with you?- denied with her head - I thought you would know her enough to know about her little sudden excursions since you are family.

-Y/N: Excursions of what type? - raised an eyebrow.

-Divine: Dangerous ones, where she gets into places she shouldn't have... That's so Wednesday - sighed - Why didn't you go along her?

-Y/N: 'Cause I was busy with... Enid - looked at them in disbelief - How could she trick me this way? One day in Nevermore and I've already gotten weaker. Starting tomorrow I'll stop being nice and letting me convince to get involved into silly stuff like getting my nails done. 

-Dive: But you are slaying - she smiled.

-Y/N: Thank you, I don't dislike them - I admired my claws once again.

-Yoko: Enid is such a pro - smiled - I don't know how does she do it, but she turns the Addams into simple complaining plushies. So cute.

-Y/N: Hey! I don't know about your fangs habilities but I swear I'm fast enough to nip you in the bud before you can even pronounce a letter - I threaten her.
