#2 New world, new chance

'Where is this? This must be some after life, hell or something related' Those were Ren's first thoughts when he appeared in...well abyss. Yes he couldn't see anything around him. Only thing he could see was his "body" more like soul in form of his previous body.

'What the hell happened to my soul? I thought when one is to leave his body he leaves with his soul that looks like shiny ball.. I guess not heh, I knew I shouldn' t read those novels about cultivation..full of lies'

While Ren was thinking to himself his soul was moving towards something. He immedietly noticed it but couldn't do much since he didn't see a sh*t, plus he wasn't even able to control his soul/body.

'Is this some kind of reincarnation? I guess not considering how others got reincarted thanks to "karma points" while I am serial killer who was smiling when killing. But no regrets hehe'

Here we go again Ren smiling and chuckling like maniac in unknown space without worries.

He didn't know how long he will have to be here so he tried to meditate and it was 10 times easier to get into "trance" state than on Earth. Not like it mattered to him since he was extremely calm at all times so for him it was much easier to enter that state than some monks.

In state TRANCE one could find himself calm, mindless..not thinking about anything insignificant. Through this state one could feel a lot of weird energies. Ren never knew what they were but after watching anime he made rough guess.

They were so called nature energies that could be absorbed, not like he ever tried absorbing them. From what he observed he could sense 6 different energies. He named them:

Blue energies - Water essence

Red energies - Fire essence

Brown-Green energies - Earth essence

White energies - Wind essence

Black energies - Death essence

Yellow energies - Holy essence

'Why can I feel "Death essence" while no "Life essence"? Does it not exist? Bulsh*t. Where is death there is life and where is life there is death. Those two essence must exist to create balance.'

Ren was trying to figure out why he couldn't feel Life essence with all his mind focused because this was extremely important subject. Just when he was planning to give up for now....' Wait! Is it because one person can only feel 1 of those 2 energies? Like that sh*t with Yin and Yang? Person can only feel Life or Death, but if he/she gets enough proficient in one and get some enlightenment he could sense second one and fuse them.'

While Ren was having his own "enlightenment" he didn' t notice how long he was flying toward "something". It was already around 350 days outside of trance state therefore for those in trance state it was around 504.000 days! (1 day = 1 minute outside)

Just when he woke up from his trance state he could finally see some "planet" next thing that happened really shocked him. He got sucked into that planet, shock wasn't only thing it caused him... It also caused him enormous pain of tearing apart his soul but he just bit his tongue and didn't release a sound.

Just when it was getting beyond his threshold of pain. All pain vanished and he could finally open his eyes. What he saw surprised him and also made him happy (not like it could be seen on his face).

"I am alive again?! Hahaha"

This was his true first laugh out of heart. Ren spent few minutes observing what situation he was in. What found around him were trees and trees nothing else. When he tried to get up he felt pain in his head "tch". This pain was around 1.000 times lesser than previous one.

"Hmm I know that this is World of Akame Ga Kill but if i got some memories why I didn't get any memories about this body's origin?! WTF. This is really fuc*ed up."

'At least I know where I am and what timeline it is. But to be same age as Tatsumi and 2 of his companions....how convenient heh. Right now i should be 6 years old. It will take 9 years before they will set out for Capital to make money. Should I join them or let plot play itself?'

' Well I will think about it other time after all I have 9 years. First of all I have to secure food, water and most importantly WEAPON. Its good that I am in forest that is between 2 villages while Tatsumi lives in 1 of them. I will just go there and steal some tools and use them as weapon.'

Ren set out for village where Tatsumi doesn't live because he didn't want to interact with him. On his way he just met 1 wolf who probably got lost from his friends. Normally wolf would get scared without his buddies but when he saw little kid he decided to attack him. Unfortunately he met Ren and not little kid, although Ren wasn't in his prime he still could deal with 1 wolf it would be just little troublesome without weapon. In the end Ren had to use his little hands and pierce wolf's eyes and then he found larger stone and totally wrecked wolf's head and turned it in to meat ball

Ren looked at rest of wolf's body and grinned "Dinner solved i guess"

He decided to move with wolf's body closer to village, if he left him there he would get eaten by some monsters or maybe even other wolves.
