'An average of 3.5 in terms of physical attributes...', Greem analysed, 'This is truly incredible'

Similarly to acolytes, Knights were divided in three sub realms: Beginner, intermediate and advanced. Beginner rank knights possessed between 2 and 3.5 points in each physical attributes. Intermediate rank knights possessed between 3.5 and 5 points in each physical attributes. As for advanced rank knights, they possessed between 5 and 8 points in each physical attributes. Grand knights were the only ones with an average of 10 points or above, so they could basically be considered monsters who had evolved from the human species already.

With his secret knight technique, Greem was confident that he could take on most intermediate rank knights in Oasis, not to mention ten sand goblin raiders. Drawing his sword, he braced for the impact, and shot forward like a spear.

Repeatedly using his sword to slash through his opponents, three sand goblins fell instantly, causing great fear to arise in the goblin's mind. At this point, Greem had gained the initiative. A wolf tried to attack him in the back, but Greem quickly responded with a shield bash that sent the giant wolf flying in the air, knocking it out.

As it fell on the ground, Greem thrust forward, claiming the life of the wolf. Soon enough, sand gobiln raiders tried to circle around him, trying to use numbers against him. However, Greem sheathed his sword and instead picked up a spear from a fallen goblin raider's corpse.

*SWISH*

Shooting the spear like a javelin, it pierced through a wolf's head, causing the goblin raider to fall on the ground.

Soon enough, Greem unleashed his newest acquisition [Quick Draw], causing the poor goblin to be beheaded by the time he managed to stand up and regain his balance.

Not leaving Greem any time to rest, three goblins made a joint charge, putting their spears to pierce Greem's heart. Unfortunately, Greem smiled as he deflected the charge with a shield bash.

A single horizontal slash claimed the life of three goblins. From this point onward, Greem easily killed the rest of the goblins with [Quick Draw], a knight killing technique that was almost impossible to block.

The goblin raider captain, who had witnessed the whole scene with extreme shock, was met with a wind blade that beheaded him. Ingrid finally managed to cast a spell. The remaining goblin raider captain reluctantly called of the charge: "Humans too strong! Let's escape while we still can!"

In the middle of the day, the sand had been tainted red. Soldiers, however, were screaming one name as loudly as they could: "THE GRINNING KNIGHT"

Without fail, the grinning knight was grinning...

The consequences of the battle were dire, though. In the short exchange, 28 soldiers were injured, and 12 lost their lives. If not for Greem's intervention and Ingrid's wind blade, there would have been even more casualties.

On the ground, 43 sand wolves and 38 sand goblins were lying on the ground, lifeless. The [Sand Spear Goblin] tribe would probably take years to recover from this crushing defeat...
