Lich decided to go to the Teacher District next. Though he might not be able to out fight some of the teachers, he might be able to answer some of the questions from the teachers and get some needles.
There wasn't any groups from the Needle Clan or at least they weren't being open about it. The Teacher District was full of teachers in long robes walking around. If they spotted you, you would to answer the question they asked.
Even if you got it incorrectly, as long as you sat through a short lecture by them, you would still get a needle.
"Maybe this was the reason there isn't a group of Needle Clan walking around openly? As the ones that are being used to grind aren't likely to care for the lectures. Also there seems to only be a pool of 10 questions. But if you get asked a repeat question you would get less chances of guessing. The last set of the questions if answered wrong, you just lose all the needles from that question and have to start over again."
