Chapter 232
The mad doctor punished this woman by also beating her to near death. The next person was an old man whose main job was working at a children's hospital. The problem was his side job was selling blood to richer families or thirst vampires. He would keep the children there and made them look sicker than they were by draining their blood to almost lethal limits.
He ended up killing many children, so he tried getting Blood Bag Dao beings and fusing them into the children so they could last longer. The mad doctor now had him hooked up getting his blood constantly drained.
"Damn, there were a lot of people working on this. How were they getting away with all of this? I at first thought this was some side hustle of the doctors here. But now I feel like all of the doctors in the hospital were part of it."
