Ginkgo is a type of plant. Like all plant type dao, the monster form of plants that are trees have wood like bodies with their hair made of the leaves of the tree.
Doomsday device is a dao that is used for blowing up a building or even a city. The user plants it in a building or place and set up a way to either blow it up or turn it off. With the right secondary dao, the user can have phones go off to tell people there is a doomsday device or even set a timer on it so it can blow up when it isn't solved fast enough. This dao levels up the more doomsday device you set to go off.
Transformation is a dao that lets the user transform an item to another item. Though any item can be used as the base to transform an item, it is better to use stronger items if you want the transformation to have better overall stats. This levels up the more items you transform.
