Chapter 119

While Simon was waiting for Simon Rochester to meet him, in the living room, he heard some noises, laughs and then, a man and a woman barged into the precinct.

"Mr. Rochester?" Dimitri asked and the man, who was absolutely disheveled, his hair a mess, his clothes torn and without his shoes.

"Who you?" Simon asked. He was clearly having fun with that woman. Dimitri looked at her and she was, without a trace of doubt, a prostitute.

"I'm Constable Northworton." Dimitri said and made a compliment with his head, in respect. "And I would like to talk to you, Mr. Rochester."

Simon instantly changed his maners and looked at the butler, to show the prostitute her way out.

"And my payment?" She asked,while she was kindly dragged out of the room.

"He will pay you, accordingly."

Once the woman left, Simon recomposed his clothes and motioned for Simon to sit on the sofa.

"Do you accept a drink, Constable?" He asked in a very gentlemanlike manner.
