"Holy smokes, what kind of bird is that?"
Yang Zhen's eyes bulged bigger than a bull's, his face filled with disbelief as he stared at the terrifying large bird in mid-air.
The bird looked almost like the legendary phoenix from the tales, except that it was entirely blue, as if made up of cold air, seemingly without a physical body.
He had never heard of a blue phoenix before, and this one was way too large, about the size of a small mountain. Had Yang Zhen not seen creatures larger than this before, he might have been frightened into a heart attack.
Han Yan'er's face showed a solemn expression as she looked at the great bird that spanned the sky, speaking in a deep voice, "It's this presence that I've always been unable to control, and sometimes I can't even feel it. Why... is it a phoenix?"
"Is this a phoenix?"
Yang Zhen curled his lips and said, "I've never heard of a blue phoenix. You wait here; I'll go up and check what exactly this thing is."
