A start

Today was the day, the day I would depart for the world. I will venture and find my family. Hmm I shouldn't be saying I, We should venture.

"Surprise" said the priest. He revealed a huge whale. I gasped.

"This is for, me" I said stunned.

"Yes boy" He responded cracking a smile. The mouth of the whale opened wide.

"Now go, ride for a hundred years"

I took five steps and now I was right infront of it. My friends ran past me. I took the step of my life. The whales mouth was slowly closing. I turned around and saw the priest for the last time. Tears fell through his eyes but he still maintained the smile. I too smiled. We ventured through the whales mouth until we found a room. It was lit with lanterns and had 9 beds for each of us. It was somehow windy. My short coat flew back and the wind battered my bare skin. My black hair was hurled back until it suddenly camed to a stop.
